“Very Affordable in quiet Versailles”

If you want quiet comfort in Versailles then this is the place. It was a short and pleasant walk to the Chateau that follows the walls of the estate property. The price was great and the breakfast excellent. Rooms are small but comfortable. No AC so plan accordingly for warm weather. We were able to catch an easy 25min train ride right to the Eiffel Tower, Musee de Orsay and Louvre, For a family of 5 or larger, you can't afford to stay in town so this is a pleasant option. For the price of a large room closer to town we were able to get two adjoining rooms here with a free breakfast. All staff were helpful and answered any questions we had. I would stay here again.

“A walk to the Palace...”

This hotel is 'near' the Versailles Palace, however for a visit to the the Palace you will either need to walk about 25 minutes, or take a bus line which is near the hotel. While you can visit Paris for a day trip from this location it will involve taking the RER line into Paris, which is reached either by walking or using the same bus line. You will spend a bit of time commuting. You can also make arrangements for taxis. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had been updated nicely.

“Great hotel”

The staff was non interested but they did their job well. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was wonderful. I wish there had been a closer Metro. We had to walk about a mile there and then home each night after a full day in the city.
