“As expected, excellent breakfast”

The hotel is clean and comfortable en good value for the price. The beds are quite hard and the hotel and rooms are quite warm. Little problems with the rooms were immediately solved by the friendly staff. Location is ok, it is quite easy to park the car at the Bussy St. Georges station and take the RER into Paris. I would not recommend the hotel for travellers without a car.

In total I am very satisfy with the hotel. very convenient and excellent rate special in paris .This hotel absolutely recommend with the people who have their own car and not looking or general transportation .

“Good hotel but far & isolated”

We booked this hotel as it was afforable amongst big names. Hotel is around 25 kilomters far from Paris and 2-3 Kilomters before disneyland. So you need to have a car seeing only 2-3 hotel buildings are in this area. You can say it is in Collegin village but little isoltated. Rooms were good, spacious and well kept. But the common are didn't impress us. Some staffs were good but my wife became angry as we had to wait long at the reception in the midnight having a sleepy child. The staff at reception was little chaotic as people who came later were helped first and we had to wait 40 minutes being an A-Club Member. However he did one favour in giving room so I excused him. As usual here too not everybody speaks and understands English, but I had no problem. It is far from city and count on long time travel, so handy by car only. However if you are visiting to Disneyland as this is nearby.

“Not what we expected from a Novotel”

Even though we asked for a non smoking room, we were assigned a smoking room. After asking for a room change, we were sent to another room that still smelled to cigarette. Cleaning ladies are kind of rude. Reception area is nice and large, with amenities for kids.
