“Novotel Bercy”

Nice clean hotel. Awesome breakfast. While not right in the city center it is very close to subway line 14, which is a newer express line into town and thus is pleasant to travel. Would stay there again. Food in the area is not good (which is true of 80% of places in Paris anyway).

Thumbs up all the way! Convenient to metro and local restaurants, pastry shops and entertainment.

“Very satisfactory”

The hotel was very clean; the reception desk was responsive to our questions. However, the queensize bed just had a spread and underlying sheet with no outer sheet or blanket. With the spread, we were too hot ; without it we were a bit too cold. Hotel is conveniently located about 2 long blocks from the Gare de Lyon train station.We were able to walk there with our luggage from the train station.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. People was helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean. Location was excellent. Metro entrance was super lose and behind the hotel there is a beautiful park. I have no complains

“Enjoyed as a couple”

The hotel was in a more out-of-the-way location, but near the Bercy Metro stop. We originally ended up at the newer Novatel Hotel by Gare de Lyon, and had to find our way to the other hotel. The Novatel hotel where we stayed was actually easier to access via the Metro. The room was exceptionally clean and had a nice contemporary decor. The bath had both a bath and a large shower. We enjoyed the room, but didn't see much of the hotel as we arrived rather late in the evening and checked out the next morning to travel back to the U.S.

“Good hotel”

Great location, very nice and clean and friendly to both business travelers and families. The rooms are in line with European standard sizes. As always in Paris, you can find a friendly person at the desk or get a unhelpful snooty person.

“Not overly impressed”

This hotel is fairly well rated. There could be a greater variety of breakfast items and the toilet area in our room had a somewhat unpleasant odour. Clearly was not well cleaned and sanitised before our stay.

“OK hotel but poor internet”

Internet does not work properly - no VPN no Skype - and staff either not knowledgeable about it or pretending not knowing about it.

“President manufacturing company”

Would never stay there again. Restaurant was ok, room too small, no place to put bags. No drawers to put clothe in if you are there for more than one day. outdated laminated furnature. Bed sags.
