The restaurant staff was rude and unhelpful. There was nowhere to eat our own food and were pushed out of the patio with our delivered food and had to eat in our rooms. There was construction in the hotel which we were not informed about and the noise was unbearable.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful, friendly, and gracious. The room was clean and quiet with plenty of space and a pretty view from the window. The bathroom and the toilet are separated. Plenty of lighting everywhere. There were plenty of choices for breakfast: lots of fruit and food options. I had a very comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect except little water came from the floor while using the shower. I reported it to the front desk.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and the outdoor lounge area was nice. The attractiveness of the restaurant was just okay, but the food was really good. Better than expected for a hotel. We enjoyed our dinner and the Continental room service breakfast the next day. We did feel a little isolated to the hotel though since there didn’t seem to be anything walkable nearby - restaurants, cafes, shops. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Room was good. But first the Price was exhorbitant as breakfast was a disaster. We paid Parking but the parking was open with no security. This Hotel did not respect the customer & as a result we will never go to Group Accord Hotel in future!

Mediocre Hotel - But for a pre-flight stay is ok
Ageing hotel with low quality room. The room didn't smell great upon arrival, and the bathroom/toilet pods in particular are very old looking. The beds were comfortable enough, but only one bottle.of complementary water for 4 people not ideal. Breakfast was poor for the €18 cost. The coffee is horrendous. Good to have a pool and no complaints from the kids on that front! Location for access to Orly airport was excellent though, and the free shuttle service a real plus.

It is a bit far from the city center, need to have a car, but it is good for the budget. the hotel rooms are clean.

Ne pas choisir cette hôtel après 23h
Ce n'est pas du à l'hotel mais la boite de nuit juste à coté bloque complétement la route car l'hotel est au bout de la voie sans issue. Il nous a fallut 1h pour faire 200m et atteindre l'hotel. Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 23h, choissisez un autre hôtel pour éviter la galère.

Over all my stay was okay, I noticed the bathrooms aren’t really set up for heavier set people , also it was very loud in the early morning’s. I felt like I could hear every door close and every toilet flush, causing me to wake up early and feel tired

We are very upset with our experience. We are from America and were unable to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions. Both this hotel and expedia refused to offer us a refund or a voucher. We find this very disheartening as this was our honeymoon trip and we had no choice but to cancel due to the pandemic and restrictions. We hope other couples will not have to endure the same treatment.

We had to cancel our trip due to Covid and not being allowed to enter. Every other part cancelled and returned our money. They refused to return our money, thus we lost the money for the stay.

Good stay as ever. Perfect for our use, right next to the market. Very cheap compared to normal. Not sure if this is due to COVID Social distancing measures in place. Did not eat there, but have eaten there before. Standard accor hotels grub.

Check-in was easy and staff was pleasant. The rooms are a bit dated and for some odd reason, the A/C unit, and all of the plumbing for it are completely exposed. The bathroom, shower, and toilet are all made of one piece molded plastic which gives it a cheap feel. We only stayed one night as we needed to be close to the airport, so it was fine for that. Overall not bad though.

Firstly the hotel didn't let us check in an hour early. Check in is from 12pm, they refused to be courteous and let us check in early, instead made us wait in lounge for an hour even though the room was ready. They tried to charge us 50 EUROS to check in an HOUR early. This makes no financial sense whatsoever since the standard room price per night is 100 euros. They try to take advantage of those who are tired from plane journey. Absolutely ridiculous. The rooms are extremely small and lack of plug sockets. Breakfast is 17 euros which is expensive considering it's not even close to the main attractions. The staff can hardly speak English. The room service closes early but the staff have no problem to bother you in the morning to clean your room. Staff were consistently knocking on door, attempting to wake you up so they can clean the room. The pool is outside and not heated which is no use to anyone. The lifts are dodgy and do not work properly. Overall, this hotel is a waste of time and money. If you value your sleep, money and respect, this is not the place to stay.

We loved our stay in Novotel Orly Rungis. We were pleased with the service, food and more. The only thing we didn't appreciate when we arrived was that our toilet in room 327 had a very strong smell of wee.
