Great

Posted Sep 17, 2014
Cons: We are tall people so the shower was a little low.
Very friendly and helpful staff and spoke good English. Would stay again as you only use your room to sleep in, it's not the biggest room but clean and comfortable. We used their breakfast facilities and was reasonable. We were on the 5th floor facing away from the street so it was nice and quiet.

Good location and clean

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Some items in disrepair--lights , telephone not working at first though they fixed this quickly, blocked sink which was eventually cleared, shower head mount which was loose and water pressure was not great! Room was also small, not quite in the elongated pictures! Although I think there are rooms which are more spacious for the same price. Sound proofing was not great so could hear elevator and what I think is the metro rumbling distantly below. There is a tax of 1 euro per person per day imposed that I wasn't aware of till checkout. However it is a reasonably priced hotel in the shopping district and near 2 metros with clean and comfy beds and a clean bathroom. The staff are helpful and pleasant people. Helped us to book a shuttle to airport 18 euros per person and answered our questions politely.

Great hotel

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Great hotel! Really enjoyed my six-night stay here. The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful and happy. Security is good--leave your key with reception and at night they lock the door and you ring a buzzer to get in. Near the Liége and Saint Lazare stations so getting around town is convenient. Only thing is getting from Saint Lazare to the hotel is a bit sketchy at night. Room was clean and had a mini bar, TV, and air conditioning. Shower was nice, as well. A bigger room opened up with two beds instead of one halfway through the stay and reception easily offered to move my sister and me to the bigger room for free and arranged to have our luggage moved for us. Loved staying here! Would definitely recommend.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. They were only smiles I saw in France. Nothing special about the hotel, rooms were dated but bathrooms felt new.

Nice hotel close to St Lazare train station

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: The location of this hotel is great as it is near St Lazare train station and close to lots of local amenities.
Cons: Air-con instructions being provided.
Location: Near lots of great little shops, and the vast Printemps Mall, and a very reasonable supermarket located in St Lazare station.
The hotel was easy to find and the staff were all very pleasant. The room was small, as expected, but clean (apart from a used facecloth that I found tucked into a small alcove in the wall - not really sure how it got there). Another slight problem when I was there was that there were no instructions for the air-con in the room. I woke up in the middle of the night far too warm and was unable to find out how to turn on the air-con or change its settings. Despite these minor flaws, the hotel was good quality, in a good location and had very polite and helpful staff.

Very pleasant experience, 5 days stay by myself.

Pros: staffs, location, and cleanness. I heard housekeeping lady has worked in this hotel for over 20 years. All of staffs were very committed.
Cons: Amenity and facility. Lift is so old and small. Hair dryer is very very old too.
I had a great experience in the hotel. It is about 10 mins walk to Opera so it is easy for shopping and different food. It is about within 5 mins walk to a main train station Saint Laza. You basically only need transfer once at maximum to go to main attractions. Staffs were very friendly, totally different from what i heard from other's experience in Paris. For example, Ed kindly agreed me to have an early check-in because i had 12 hours lay over time. On my last day in Paris, it was raining outside so i could not get a cab. The young gentleman (sorry don't know his name) saw me off in the front of hotel. Every time, they were very patient to suggest transportation routes to guests. They always greeted with guests with very kind smile. It was very interactive experience for me.

Cosy hotel close to attractions

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Lovely stay at this hotel, staff were so nice! Extremely close to the metro if you want to get around. The big bus tour has a stop very close to the hotel and you can get the roissy bus from the airport for €10.50 to the opera area and walk or get a very short taxi ride over. Excellent for shopping - 2 big department stores 5 minutes away. The hot water in the shower played up for all 4 nights I was there - that is the only thing to be weary of. Otherwise clean and maintenaned very well!

Small but Pleasant

Posted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: location, homey-feeling, friendly staff
Cons: decor could be updated
The location of the hotel is very good and is close to many attractions. The rooms, as expected, are small; the bathroom was miniscule. We had a courtyard-facing room with a view of the city. Overall, the experience was great and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
