Hotel was clean. Good base if you are going to Disney. Not a good location if you plan to visit the sights of Paris.

In general it was OK but breakfast was not enough there when we were a bit late.

I had a good stay at this hotel. Be prepared to take advantage of the shuttle service and trains, or rent a car because it is in the suburbs. There is a nice friendly staff, morning breakfast is good, book in advance for a good price.

Great service, comfortable hotel, good location and convenient shuttle service. Overall a great base for Disney. Helpful staff even posted me my son's Disney fleece he left behind!

We booked the hotel for location, and price. Ideal for Disney, courtesy bus very good which saved €15 per day parking at Disney. Only draw back you have to pay to use the pool and spa (cannot use pool only) cost was €25 per day per person.

Very friendly staffs and accomodating.The room is spacious, clean and family friendly.It's nice to have a proper kitchen and complete with utensils.Would like to go back in the future.

Nice and friendly hotel, shttule bus is convience, closed to the disneyland, but no wireless in the room, need to take the route ourselves.

Uncomfortable beds, low grade polycotton linens, ill equipped kitchenette and poor staffing on reception (one woman good, nice and efficent but one rude, unhelpful and dismissive man - I felt the need to explain to him that I was the paying guest, he the employee and suggetted that he might consider role-modelling our interation on that basis!) The lovely pools they diplay on their website (which was I why I chose this hotel) do not come free, they wanted 90 euros for the 4 of us to have a swim! Did not take them up on this extortortionate offer! The room was only cleaned once in our four night stay, and that didn't include the kitchinette - and they didn't supply any materials for us to do it ourselves either. Safe in room did not work, had to take small valuables with me everywhere. Only one set of tiny toiletries for all 4 of us for 4 nights - TAKE YOUR OWN ROOM CLEANING STUFF AND TOLIETRIES IF YOU INSIST ON STAYING HERE AND YOU VALUE HYGINE! I have been in the hotel business myself and can assure you that this is closer to a badly managed 2 star - nothing like a 4 star.

The hotel felt so welcoming and staff were helpful with queries myself and others had, our room was more than I expected and it was a wondrful stay. Very close to disney which helped especially with the free shuttle the hotel offered. Definitely recommend.

Everything was broken - the microwave, dishwasher, heating etc
