“Need to renovate the bathroom”

The bathroom was very small, but that I can cope with it. But the condition of the wall next to the shower, damp and black so probably full of mushrooms, discontended me.

“Great centralized location!”

It's comfortable but the women may not like it (no frills). Street noise is excessive with window open until about 2AM. Comp. breakfast is great!

Getting there
We walked to hotel from the train stations (about a 20-30 minute hike. Close to Metro and attractions.
Dining
there is a great bakery across the street from the hotel.

“nice n cheap best location bathroom extremely small”

really nice and convinent area. near almost everything. You can reach the hotel by subway(metro), Anvers station and Gard du nord. don´t expect to much, you get what you pay for. clean and friendly staff willing to help. We really enjoyed Paris staying in this hotel for 5 nts.

recomend you thai food quite near, round the block..I know isn´t too french but was awesome and not expensive.. hotel is close to Garnier Opera building and La Fayette Ave.

“My favorite Paris, Fr. hotel.....”

The hotel location is just about PERFECT, the hotel was great... I found the staff to be helpful. And the hotel location near just about everything. I have no complaints... I liked the hotel so much, I stayed an extra week.... and looking forward to booking again for my return to Paris.... One recommendation bring a GPS with you, then you will find so much more than looking things up on a paper map... Also bring some seriously comfortable walking shoes...

“a nice Paris pension”

We will stay here again. Great location, very friendly staff, clean hotel.

Area recommendations
This neighborhood is conveniently located near the Metro, and there are several markets, wine stores, chocolate stores, restaurants and sandwich shops, as well as a laundromat nearby. Its clean and safe, even late at night.
