“Good stay”

I don't want to ramble on, but this place is a cheap steal. The hotel managers were very nice.

“Nice to look at but needs maintenance”

The hotel is new but already having a lot of maintenance issues. After returning from our first day at Disneyland Paris we found our air conditioner leaking all over the carpet. We were moved the next morning to a room were the air conditioner did not work. We reported it not working every day. It was never fixed. The cook top didn't work in either room but it was nice having a microwave, sink, and refridgerator. Better for family with older children because stairs very steep in room.

“Nice hotel if you have a car”

If you're going to Disneyland Paris, be aware that this hotel does not offer any kind of shuttle service to the park. The shuttle that does take you to the nearby train station (at very reasonable 10 min intervals) stops working as of 8:30 PM. Since their are no taxis at the train station (contrary to what I was told at the hotel lobby) you'll have to walk back to the hotel if you plan on staying in the park for longer than 8 PM. Its a 20 min walk along some fast roads. Very inconvenient for families. Besides that, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

“Totally not impressed...”

This hotel is definitely not recommended for those planning on touring Paris...I paid for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel when I made the vacation plan but because this hotel is in the suburbs of paris I had to pay an extra fee in addition to what was paid already(the shuttle service was great though!)....The one good thing about staying at this hotel is that it was really close to disneyland park...most of the receptionist were very rude and sarcastic and the housekeeping was totally not what you would expect from a hotel...half the time it took all day to just get stuff replaced in the room and than there were a couple of days where they actually came so early...you never knew what time they were coming in...ran out of toilet paper one time and talked to the receptionist about getting more they said they would send some to my room....no one showed up...called again they said they would tell them again....still no toilet paper...after the third time I finally got some. The first day when the housekeeping people were cleaning after waiting for forever I talked to a housekeeper boss...she said 10 minutes but that never happened. After we left to go shopping they finally came....
