Good location noisy rooms

The rooms were nice and the food was good. But the music in the bar is so loud you cannot even sleep. It vibrates the entire room and is so loud that you hear every song clearly!

Poor guest experience from staff on arrival, during stay and at check out. Why have staff working at Pershing who dislike their employer and it's guests?

J'ai ete tres decue de ce sejour. On m'a anarqué la premiere nuit : j'avais payé pour 4 nuits dans une suite junior et j'ai été placé dans une chambre standard basique. Etant donné que je connais parfaitement chaque categorie de chambre de l'hotel, j'ai bien evidemment fait un scandal et on m'a repondu que j'ai payé via hotel.com et donc que l'hotel se reserve le droit de me mettre dans la chambre qu'il veule peu importe le prix et que si je n'etais pas contente que je pouvais partir mais qu'il ne ferait aucun remboursement. Le lendemain, le personnel de la reception de l'hotel qui me connait comme tres bonne cliente de l'hotel m'a finalement mise dans la suite junior pour laquelle j'avais payé mais n'a effectué aucun geste commercial pour la 1ere nuit perdue. La soeur du directeur de l'hotel fut d'une impolitesse totale et d'un manque de savoir vivre indescriptible qui reflete parfaitement la qualite des services de son hotel aux 5 etoiles filantes! C'est donc la derniere fois que j'y mettrai les pieds.
