“Fantastic Stay in France”

The Plaza Tour Eiffel is a block from the Trocadero metro station in district 16. The first thing to note is that district 16 is upscale and safe, so walking to and from the metro at midnight is no issue (and you'll pass two embassies). The second thing to note is that you're close to two sets of great local restaurants - in Mexico circle and Trocadero circle. So there's no need to travel more than a block for great meals. The bakery next door is incredible as well. The third is that the accommodations were fantastic. The room was great, bed was comfortable, staff were very helpful (and spoke great English). While we heard that six floor rooms see the Eiffel tower, room 100 (first floor) has a large bathroom, which was a big win! We could not have been happier.

This is our third stay, and we were very pleased again. The only negative was the small room.

“Nice hotel”

Stayed four nights with my wife and we were pleased with the hotel. The hotel is about 5 minutes from a metro station in a quiet residential neighborhood. We had a queen size bed, which was difficult to find at other hotels in this price range. The room itself was a bit small, as expected for a room in Paris. The frnt desk staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke perfect English.

“Awesome hotel, service and location in Paris!”

We had such a wonderful time in Paris and much was thanks to the lovely hotel we stayed in and the wonderful staff. It made our experience more that we ever expected. Great rooms and service. But what stands out was how helpful and qualified the staff was - from booking tickets for access the Eiffel Tower, to drawing on the maps and giving us directions, to calling for reservations etc etc etc. They were also so friendly and really made you feel welcome and at home. We loved our stay and will definitely go back. The location was also perfect with easy access points to all the main attractions. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

“Good location, sub-par hotel.”

Booking 4 star hotel we expected a fairly reasonable accommodation. What we got was a room so tiny we could not open 2 suitcases at the same time. There was no luggage rack. There is no mini-bar. I could not get through to the concierge/receptionist/bartender, they are all the same person. When I went down to the reception to ask for an iron and an ironing board to be brought up to the room, they handed me both of those things and informed me that they would need them back soon. Bar had no ice. At all. When I asked for it, I was told that machine is broken and no ETA on it being fixed. Maid kept replacing only about half the towels in the room. And to top it off last day I came down to the lobby to find the receptionist arguing and yelling at a guest who was being overcharged for his stay. The hotel is in a good location, hotel itself is in good shape, but there is no way it should be a 4 star hotel, and its not worth their advertised rates. I paid half-price, but having stayed there, I would have preferred a 3 star hotel for the same money.

A small pleasant hotel in a fantastic location. Close to Eiffel Tower and Metro, as well as many others of Paris' wonderful attractions.

“Excellent Hotel”

Our stay was excellent. The location is a short walk from Place Du Trocadero or Trocadero Square (actually a circle) which has a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. On the street adjacent to the hotel there is one superb bakery, numerous fruit stands and a number of food shops. The hotel was outstanding. The best part was the front desk. Their helpful advice and assistance, in English, was super and really appreciated. This includes both the daytime and night staff. They helped us with directions and recommended a really perfect restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.

“Great Experience”

This hotel was in an excellent location relative to sights, metro and quality affordable restaurants.It was in a very safe upscale neighborhood. Staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly. They even upgraded our room at no additional charge since we were there for a special occasion.The only downside was the inconsistent quality and professionalism of the cleaning staff (they threw away receipts that I left on the desk, did not replenish toiletries when needed but was able to get them at the front desk with no problem) but I wouldn't let that prevent me from returning to this hotel. Overall it was a great experience.
