We arrived late at night in the rain and it wasn't easy to gain access. The key machine is near the car park entrance not the lobby. It was a long process. Only one key so when my husband went to get some food I was in pitch black. Late on a large group of people who didn't seem to be guests were in the lobby. All that said the hotel was fine for the price and handy for a stopover.

Dear,Good morning,We thank you for taking the time to leave us your opinion following your stay.In the late arrival procedure, it is clearly indicated that our automatic terminal is located at the entrance to the car park, at the gate. This being outside, this means providing security for our customers. Because only our staff and our customers have the access code to open it.The terminal also offers to create a second card to avoid being in the dark.To the people in the lobby, it must have been our customers. Because once again, for security reasons, our second entrance door opens only with your room card.See you soon,Very cordially,

Modest but good motel.
Second stay here and it is perfectly fine basic motel. Very convenient for Parc asterix. Will be back. The check in after 9pm is a pain but then that is part of the reason it is so cheap.

Not sure where to start. I’ve never written a negative review. I thought since this place had an 8.2, very good review it would at least be decent. But that was not our experience. Check in was confusing. The elevator didn’t work. There weren’t sheets on the bed and the stained mattresses weee disgusting. And stained comforters. There was dirt in the comforters and in the beds. Someone knocked on our door at 3 o’clock in the morning. I can’t be certain but I’m pretty sure my daughter got pink eye from sleeping in one of the beds. Sorry to say this was the worst hotel experience in our families travel careers. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, even for its affordable price.

Countryside Location
Very convenient to St.Witz and had everything to make our three day stay comfortable. Smallish double room but the lobby has comfortable chairs as does the breakfast room.

Would only stay for a few hours to be by airport
Would only stay here for a couple of hours like we did to be close to the airport. There was a huge stain on our comforter when walking in. How disgusting! There is no staff on site after a certain time so you are on your own. Definitely not a 8+ rating.

Not a luxury hotel by any means , but we needed something close to the airport to sleep for a few hours before our flight and this did the job. It’s located around 15 mins from CDG Paris airport . Rooms are small and pretty bare but clean and current.

We arrived late around 22:30 due to a late train. The office was closed and the attendent was very rude. She did finally give us a room (which we had reserved) but for a while our impression was that she would just leave us without any options. We don't speak French and aren't familiar with French hotels closing for guests that early. All communication from the hotel prior to check in was in French which we had to translate as best we could.

We got there and the front desk lady was leaving and just quickly told us that to check in this late (it was around 8pm) we had to do outside at the gate. It was so odd and terrifying since this neighborhood was very unsafe looking. We finally figure out how to get our key and made it to the room, we all knew was going to be tiny - it was just convenient to move hotels for us to make our super early morning to the airport more doable. As soon as we open our door the smell attacked us, mildewy and cigarettes, disgusting, it impregnated the room and the sheets. Also one of us had blood stain in her sheets, creepy and nasty, thank God she brought a silk cocoon. The shower was actually great, nice pressure and hot water. The beds were horrible, I think mine was broken in the middle. We just had to sleep 4 hrs so it wasn't a week because that would not be good. Check out was also strange since we did not have a front desk person or a single hotel employee, we just guesses on what to do with our hotel key - found a metal box next to the gate and dropped in, have no idea if it is right since there was no sign or instructions anywhere. And lastly so much noise, it seemed someone was riding a noisy motorbike and people arguing outside our window.

The property is good, but the very reason for getting the room for a night stay was disappointing. Couldn’t sleep as the pillows were very soft and useless ( was like sleeping flat ). Everyone in our company felt the same and no one had slept all night. Will never stay here again.

Overall good
There was an issue with the computer system when we arrived but the reception person helped us all the way through and was sincere in apologizing and he solved the problem. Room was big enough for a family of 4 and reasonably priced.

Great overnight stop for a later crossing from UK
Greeting on arrival was very good lovely receptionist even though the web site was check in before 8pm we arrived after that & reception was open until 9pm. Hotel was clean & the beds were comfortable in a great location for resturant or fast food. We picked this to get a early start around the Paris Periphery on a busy Saturday in summer & so glad we did. will definately use this one again
