Not a hotel matching its price

Posted Jan 5, 2015
The room is quite small and the elevator is really tiny as a 3-star hotel. I expected much better accommodation with its price. It locates at an attracting place from the map but the surrounding is very noisy so that it is possible to sleep before mid-night. After all, the hotel is quite dirty. They have bugs in their beds, and a dirty bathroom. The water boiler is dirty with a broken cap. It is said that they have a Japanese owner but I cannot find good point from Japanese except they have Japanese capable staffs.

Old, small, quiet and good location.

Posted Dec 19, 2014
Pros: Small, convenient, tired but clean and very adequate for price.
Cons:
In pedestrianised precinct, close to Metro and plenty of cafe's and restaurants - enjoyed Paris based at this hotel for two nights.

nice location, disappointing room

Posted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: hotel beds were comfortable
Cons: Add room safe, shelves, and hallway lights
Location: hotel is a few blocks away from Pompidou Center and Notre Dame.
Nice location, on cobbled pedestrian street near lots of restaurants and subways. WiFi internet was down at least once per day. Room did not have room safe, which was advertised. No shelves to unpack suitcase Hallway lights work on motion sensors, so as you exit the elevator you have to fumble in the dark until the lights come on.

Posted Oct 26, 2014 on Hotels.com

Location, Location, Location!

Posted Oct 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
My fiancé and I stayed here for 3 nights. For a young couple this location is great! We were lucky enough to have a very small bathroom in our room and a view of the street. The bed was very small and very low to the ground (I think it was an IKEA bed). It was also not very comfortable at all. It was very noisy until late at night, we enjoyed it but if you go to sleep early would be a problem. Elevator and shower are tiny. I am a very small person ( 5 '1") and it was tight for me. Also not the cleanest room. We did not see any bugs as mentioned in other reviews, but there are definetly issues. For us it was a cheap hotel in a great, hip, young neighborhood. Tons of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. It is also really close to multiple metro stops. If you are going to party and explore Paris and want a cheap place to sleep and shower, this is a good option. If you want to be in your room at all, pay the extra for a nicer place!
