Very nice hotel in good locationPosted Aug 21, 2014
We stayed at the Pullman Bercy for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and spacious (a luxury in Paris!) and the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Location is not the most central but in a nice quieter area and the metro is only steps away. I would highly recommend the Pullman Bercy!

Not bad. Not bad at all.Posted Aug 16, 2014
Location: Only a few steps from Bercy Village - home to lots of lively, but not cheap, restaurants.
It's an easy five minute walk between here & the Cour Saint-Émilion Metro stop, and from there it's a matter of minutes to get to wherever you want to be in Paris, once you know your way around on the Metro. Our room had a nice big bathtub with plenty of hot water whenever you wanted it - nice! There are lots of eateries nearby, but they're pretty pricey for what you get. On the whole, not bad. not bad at all.

Nice hotel in a nice area of parisPosted Aug 12, 2014
In a nice area of Paris near to shops, cafes and a park. Good hotel facilities and staff. Expensive breakfast but the local bakery was fine for that.

Very nice hotel next to Bercy villagePosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Basically everything
Cons: The rooms next to the service elevator need better wall insulation.
Location: Bercy village, lovely gardens / park lose by, walk by the seine river, easy access to the centre by Metro
The staff were first class, without exception. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment of our arrival. The hotel was modern, well maintained and super facilities, including free wi-fi. The only let down was that our original room was next to the service elevator and no matter how hard the staff might have been trying, they couldn't reduce the noise level to not disturb us during the night / early morning. As soon as we mentioned it though, they managed to move us to a much quieter part of the hotel, which was perfect for us. I would definitely use this hotel and chain again.

Warm welcome. Smooth check-in. Helpful staff speak excellent English. Very clean room. Very modern hotel with excellent amenities nearby including Cour Saint-Emilion Metro station 2 mins away in Bercy village. The Super market in the village was fantastic. Will stay again if I'm in Paris again.

Excellent accommodationsPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: The beds were very comfortable with two types of pillows for each bed. The A/C kept the room a comfortable temperature.
Location: Bercy Village was a block away and had lots of restaurants and shops.
We were very pleased with the Pullman Bercy. The room was very clean, the bathrooms were modern and roomy and had two shower options-a regular shower and a waterfall. The staff was pleasant. The location was close to the metro and Bercy Village was a great place to eat and shop.

The hotel was excellent in every category.Posted Jul 28, 2014
Location: Bercy Village is across the street (includes shops and excellent restaurants). All major attractions are a short bus or taxi ride away.
The hotel is located in an area of Paris that is near all attractions (a short bus or taxi ride away) yet has an aura of peace and quiet surrounding it. The hotel is modern, the rooms somewhat more spacious than many other hotels. The staff is gracious. There is free internet service and a host of other amenities. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Pullman Bercy Hotel, ParisPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness; nice lobby design; friendly, efficient staff.
Cons: €26 for breakfast? Seriously?
Location: Bercy Park, a beautiful garden and wetland park next to the Metro. Bercy Village, a strip of boutiques and restaurants. The M14 metro stop is nearby.
This is a very neat, well-situated establishment. The concierge staff is multilingual. Check-in was quick and efficient. The concierge saw at check-in that the extra bed I ordered had not yet been installed, for which he was very apologetic. However, when I arrived at the room, a porter was there setting up the bed. Upon checking the room I noticed there was no ironing board or iron. I called the desk and the iron and board were delivered in two minutes! This is primarily a business hotel, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Apparently the French don't do breakfast; if I wanted one, it would cost €26. My family and I were out all day touring so we took no meals there. But they do have a nice bar (only two beers available, one of which is Heineken) and a lounge with a very large HDTV where I caught the end of the World Cup final. The Pullman is two blocks away from the metro, and one block away from Bercy Village, a popular strip with boutiques, restaurants, and a movie theater. The rooms are small by US standards, but I understand it's typical for France; and we only slept there anyway. Check-out was as easy as checking in. Overall, for a place to stay if you're not actually spending time in the room, you cannot do much better.
