Excellent accommodationsPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: The beds were very comfortable with two types of pillows for each bed. The A/C kept the room a comfortable temperature.
Location: Bercy Village was a block away and had lots of restaurants and shops.
We were very pleased with the Pullman Bercy. The room was very clean, the bathrooms were modern and roomy and had two shower options-a regular shower and a waterfall. The staff was pleasant. The location was close to the metro and Bercy Village was a great place to eat and shop.

The hotel was excellent in every category.Posted Jul 28, 2014
Location: Bercy Village is across the street (includes shops and excellent restaurants). All major attractions are a short bus or taxi ride away.
The hotel is located in an area of Paris that is near all attractions (a short bus or taxi ride away) yet has an aura of peace and quiet surrounding it. The hotel is modern, the rooms somewhat more spacious than many other hotels. The staff is gracious. There is free internet service and a host of other amenities. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Pullman Bercy Hotel, ParisPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness; nice lobby design; friendly, efficient staff.
Cons: €26 for breakfast? Seriously?
Location: Bercy Park, a beautiful garden and wetland park next to the Metro. Bercy Village, a strip of boutiques and restaurants. The M14 metro stop is nearby.
This is a very neat, well-situated establishment. The concierge staff is multilingual. Check-in was quick and efficient. The concierge saw at check-in that the extra bed I ordered had not yet been installed, for which he was very apologetic. However, when I arrived at the room, a porter was there setting up the bed. Upon checking the room I noticed there was no ironing board or iron. I called the desk and the iron and board were delivered in two minutes! This is primarily a business hotel, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Apparently the French don't do breakfast; if I wanted one, it would cost €26. My family and I were out all day touring so we took no meals there. But they do have a nice bar (only two beers available, one of which is Heineken) and a lounge with a very large HDTV where I caught the end of the World Cup final. The Pullman is two blocks away from the metro, and one block away from Bercy Village, a popular strip with boutiques, restaurants, and a movie theater. The rooms are small by US standards, but I understand it's typical for France; and we only slept there anyway. Check-out was as easy as checking in. Overall, for a place to stay if you're not actually spending time in the room, you cannot do much better.

Best of fivePosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Everything. I really cannot believe how much of a difference this hotel and staff made on our visit. Breakfast was first class.
Cons: Nothing, except maybe move Paris closer to the US so I can go back sooner.
Location: Bercy Village is just across the street, Metro just on the other side of that, perfect. A line of taxis waiting for you.
I have stayed in Paris 5 times and the Pullman Bercy by far was the best of all of them by far. great staff, all around, beautiful facility, great conveniences. if you are going to Paris, this is THE place.

Perfect!Posted Jul 7, 2014
Very nice staff, excellent facilities and best of all, ideal location, steps away from the shops and restaurants of the old wine court, Cour saint Emilion, Bercy, the National library, and easy access to the fastest and cleanest metro in Paris. Highly recommended.

Another visit to the Pullman HotelPosted May 19, 2014
Cons: Many hotels, including this one, would be improved by adding more options (also at a reasonable price) on the room service menu.
Location: It is in a pleasant and quiet location near businesses and the historic, quaint Bercy Village shops and restaurants. Close to a metro and Starbucks.
I loved staying at the Pullman Hotel on two separate occasions. A very strong reason I returned the second time was the excellent customer service by the staff, in particular, Celine at the reception desk in October was so welcoming and caring about my arrival experience, that I had even hoped to see her again to say hello the second time I stayed. I brought my sister on the second trip and she also loved the hotel. We liked the quiet surroundings yet the Bercy Village cafes and restaurants and shops near the metro stop Cour St. Emilion were very quaint and convenient also. The Pullman Hotel is very beautiful and modern with a spacious lobby which is very comfortable and is a great place to enjoy waiting for awhile if you have a late flight after checking out of the hotel. The buffet breakfast is huge and delicious. The rooms are more spacious than many hotels that you would find closer to the city center, for a decent price.
