“Perfect place for an overnight stay close to CDG”

Restaurant menu is limited in scope but high quality. The bed linen and pillows are the most comfortable I have ever experienced.

The hotel is well located literally within sight of the Aeroport Charles de Gaulle (which itself is a darkened unstaffed nightmare if you have an early morning flight). I picked it because of its location and the fact that I had a 7:25 am flight. I, frankly, had some apprehensions because of the reviews shown for it. Contrary to those reviews, the staff was very courteous, the room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant had excellent, attentive service and good food. I agree with the negative comments that there is nothing a person might go to Paris to see near it nor is anything else near it other than the airport because, gosh, it is at the airport and that's why people stay there.

With any business trip the desired hotel should provide clean accommodations with good service. Pullman provided both. Breakfast was exceptional. One point, the computers in the business center are really slow. My guess a few minutes of disk maintenance would resolve that issue.

“Great Airport Hotel”

I got this hotel at a great price through the mystery hotel deal from expedia. so when I booked I didn't know anything except that it was near the airport and had a 4 star rating. When I was informed that it was the Pullman, I started to read reviews. I was concerned that so many people talked about the difficulty in finding a shuttle. When I got to CDG airport, I found that the signs were easy to follow, the shuttle was not hard to find. Because it is so close to the airport train Parking PR terminal, I walked. But there was a coutesy phone if I had wanted the shuttle. Back to the airport, the shuttle was ready and waiting, The hotel is great! My room was small but enough for me. The bed was fantastic. People very kind. I did have to change rooms because the first one had no a/c b ut that was taken care of immediately. Breakfast buffet was good, but expensive. The restaurant was also expensive for dinner. Better to go to te airport if you can.

“Needed a better explanation on how to get to the hotel from the airport.”

We arrived at Chas deGaulle at 10:00 PM. There were no information desks open to explain how to use the train to the hotel's shuttle van location. Six cab drivers refused to take us to the hotel and none gave instructions as how to get there. We ended up on the train and walked to the hotel, arriving at midnight. We will absolutely not travel through this airport in the future.

“Conveniently close to CDG Airport in Paris”

We stayed in the Pullman on our last night in Paris to avoid an early Metro ride to the airport. It was a spectacularly comfortable last night.

“Look upon Concorde on a Stick”

This hotel is at an iconic location overlooking the Charles de Gaulle Airport. My room looked out onto a retired Concorde the CDG Airport has put up as an exhibit. I was thrilled to find the hotel has three free Internet terminals in the lobby. I was thinking the hotel was going to gouge visitors for using those computers. Exactly the opposite was true. The hotel is very much isolated. It's adjacent to a parking lot between Terminals 1 and 2 at CDG. Not as if you're going to go for a stroll to a charming neighborhood restaurant nearby. I'd eat dinner before you arrive there.

The only fly in th ointment lies in the fact that the shuttle service is not really posted after taking the CDGVAL shulltle from the AIrport to the Parking & Hotel Stops. I had to walk 2km with my luggage in tow!
