Close to CDG Terminal 1Posted Nov 14, 2013
Pros: For the business traveler - this an alternative to Sheraton at CDG - easy access from/to terminals
Best way of getting to hotel is via CDGVAL - inter-terminal train - rather than waiting for hotel shuttle. Hotel is currently undergoing renovation.

Great ValuePosted Aug 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were here to be close to the airport before our morning flight. We had some problems with the TV in one room and then the aircon in the next, but, the hotel were very swift at moving us without delay when this problems arose. The hotel is undergoing renovations but this did not effect our stay, which was good.

Should have closed hotelPosted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is currently undergoing major renovations to lobby, kitchen as well as guest rooms. Uneven pavement in lobby, bare walls everywhere and no kitchen! The only restaurant had no working oven or stove and only offered a few cold salads for dinner. No other restaurant in hotel and because of location, there was no place to walk to. This hotel should have closed down during their renovation and not accepted paying guests at all! Other than the room itself being, clean there is nothing good to report.

Comfortable stay for a layoverPosted Aug 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stayed here for one night as a lay over. It was a bit of a struggle to find this place since the directional signs were little and far between each other. I had asked about an airport shuttle for pick up through email about two weeks earlier. They said I didn't need to request it and to just show up. Turns out you do have to request it...which i only found out after I pulled my luggage all the way to the hotel after roaming around various terminals trying to find it. After I found the hotel, the facilities were easy to use and service was good. The room was nice and clean and had a really good bed to relax in. It was easy to get into Paris via the RER. I made sure to request the airport shuttle the next day during checkout!

clean attractive roomPosted Aug 1, 2013
Pros: Bathroom is spacious and modern, room has nice decor and beautiful bedding.
Cons: It is quite a hike from the CDGVAL stop to the hotel - a phone at the stop would be helpful to call the shuttle instead.
Location: Didn't do this
Stayed here overnight after coming to Paris from Provence, waiting to fly out to US the next day. Has a pool and very nice rooms. Only bad thing was getting to the hotel. It reads in expedia as if it is attached to the hotel, but it isn't. You take the CGDVAL train to a parking stop between terminal 1 and terminal 3 and then have to call or walk to the hotel - the walk is long and parts uphill - some warning about the walk would have been useful. Also there is a shuttle but there isn't a phone there so you could call for the shuttle.

Unimpressive Airport stayPosted Aug 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good room. Shabby exterior and flooring in lobby. No wake up call. (Could have been dire!). Business centre computer and printer did not function while we were printing up boarding passes and had to wait an hour while technician made it work. No paper in printer -all seemed inefficient. For a 4 star the paper cups in room were not acceptable

No Air ConditioningPosted Jul 29, 2013
Pros: It was very close to the airport with a free shuttle service between the terminals and the hotel.
Cons: Do not shut off the air conditioning in July! The hotel restaurant was limited and expensive. We went to the airport to eat dinner.
Location: The hotel is a 15 minute shuttle ride from the airport terminals and a train ride from Paris.
Before leaving home, we booked a room at the Pullman CDG so that we could enjoy a comfortable night's sleep with minimal hassle before flying home to the US. Instead, when we checked in and went up to our room, we found that the there was no air conditioning and the room was very hot (Paris was in the middle of a heat wave). When we questioned the staff, they admitted that the hotel was undergoing renovations, and that they did not have any cooler rooms they could move us to. They did bring us a fan which helped, but why were we not notified so that we could have cancelled our reservation in time to find another hotel?

Quality hotel at base of airport.Posted Jun 28, 2013
Pros: Room and staff
Cons: Quality/Value of meal
Location: Tremendous. About a mile from terminal 1. Couldn't be any more convenient.
Front Desk staff very friendly and helpful to arrange a lift to the airport at 4am for my early flight. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Only complaint I had was with the meal. When we went for dinner and the waiter was boasting about how the rib steak was the best in Europe. In my opinion (and that of my friend who also ordered the steak) it was probably the toughest piece of meat I've ever eaten in all my life. I've never chewed on shoe leather but would guess it was pretty close and for 30 Euros you should expect better. After 1/2 the steak I gave up. The waiter came by to ask how it was and we told him the truth. He said he was sorry and never came by again. If he reads this he'll know exactly who we are.
