cant believe this hotel is a 5*

Cons: staff and accommodation
Rude people at the entrance (not the receptionist), had to swap bedroom at arrival as first one dirty, pass doesn’t work properly to go in your bedroom, bar staff unwelcome: ordered an Heineken for 16 euros I have been served an Afligen/Grimbergen, steam room was out of order during 5 days. Overall poor experience, I am working for a big global company and I am definitely not going to recommend this hotel for a business visit in Paris to my colleagues. Only positive thing, the breakfast manager and staff were very professional and efficient.

One July night in Paris

Pros: Confortable, good size room for Paris, quick and easy check in.
Cons: I had nothing to complain about.
Location: Right by La Defense which has eating and entertainmnent but is more of a business area than of touristic value.
The hotel was clean, pleasant and great value for Paris. I wouldn't rate it as a 5 star hotel but maybe that is based on services offered. In terms of comfort I woulf rate it as a 4 star.

Great hotel!!

Location: Business area but we didn't mind, great transport links only 5 mins walk and its really close to a very big shopping centre so lots restaurants.
We had a great experience at this hotel, especially the staff - we felt very welcome and as it was our 25th anniversary we had a complimentary room upgrade, drinks, etc. It was a really lovely gesture.

Close to train station , friendly staff , room is clean and comfortable . Breakfast buffet was very good

Comfortable hotel in a very quiet part of Paris

Pros: It was clean and very quiet
Cons: The variety of food available on the room service menu
Location: La Defense is just 15mins away from Central Paris where all the attractions like arche de triomphe, the louvre, a roost ride on river seine , etc
Very pleasant staff. Language was sometimes a barrier but most of them were bilingual. Would stay there again

Great and beautiful!

Pros: Everything was great!
Cons: Some lower cost options at restaurant menu, but food was delicious
Location: Great location, in the most modern part of Paris, you can feel the abundance here! And so easy to access rest of Paris by metro
So nice everything! Luxurious, great staff! Everyone so friendly and helpful! Hard to find better service. Stay here if you can!

Not so great for the price I paid. Room was not reserved and ready for my arrival eventhough I booked it few weeks in advance. They assigned me a room which was not cleaned after previous customer's checkout, eventhough I arrived in the evening giving them enough time to clean after a 12:00PM check out.
