The best loaction - Average ServicePosted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: View, location, breakfast
Cons: Service was not great, room maintenance lacking
Location: You are literally a 6 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. You can get to the RER or Metro in less than 5 minutes walk.
Pros- The location is prime. We had a picture perfect view of the Eiffel Tower from our large balcony. The room itself was quite nice as well. You also have easy access to the RER and Metro. Cons- Expensive. Also, the hotel staff gave (at best) average service. We had a door molding fall off and hit me in the head. Took the two days to get it attended to. Also, the staff say yes, but do not seem to follow-through on requests. For the price, it is not a great deal. But, the view and location were nice.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff.Posted Apr 21, 2015
Fantastic Hotel in a great location, well worth the money. One minor fault was that the shower didn't drain quickly, the seems to be the fault of a designer drain outlet rather than a practical one. This meant the floor got rather wet. But overall a wonderful hotel.

Veldig fornøyd med vårt opphold. Personalet var kjempehyggelig og rommet var rent og fint. Veldig god frokost også.

Pros: 위치, 직원 친절도, 객실상태
Location: 에펠탑 야경
에펠탑 바로 옆에 위치하고 있어 파리 도심으로 이동하기 편하고, 저녁에 에펠탑 근처 야경을 보기도 편리함. 직원도 친절하였고, 객실도 편리하였음.

Close to RER and Metro + Eiffel Tower + SeinePosted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: Reception was very good and informative.
Cons: The bathroom and mirror
Location: The hotel was central and near to the Metro. Plenty of bistros to have a meal and drink and recommend to pigeon breakfasters to use local bistro.
All okay except the bathroom which was not finished properly and had plaster showing in the corners. The tiling was poor and the shower head was slow. No mirror for hair styling but apart from these we found the room to be quite adequate.

Very nice hotel and perfect location.Posted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: Location, our room had a balcony view of the Eiffel tower. Close to everything in Paris
Cons: The only complaint was the small amount of closet space and because there were no drawers in the room no storage space.
Location: Best restaurant was Il Sorrentino was walking distance. We had dinner there 2 of 3 nights. Walk to Eiffel tower and Arc de Triomphe.
Great location to see Paris. The only complaint was the small amount of closet space and because there were no drawers in the room no storage space. With this said, I would put up with living out of my suite case and stay here again.

clean and modern but more style over substancePosted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed, nespresso coffee machine, view of Eiffel Tower
Cons: AC should be available all year round, it can be adjusted in each room by guests. Hotel is just saving money.
A great location if you want to be near the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are very modern, roomy, décor new, all mod cons ... except the room was far too hot and the hotel refused to switch the air conditioning on "because it was April" which meant we slept 0/3 nights. We wanted a room with a bath but this was also not available in our superior room, only in suites apparently (for an extra 110 euro per night we could have a bath!) So although our room looked fabulous and could've been extremely comfortable it was anything but (we changed rooms and received a fan but it made zero difference, we were sweltered). Staff were a mixed bag, check-in receptionist challenged us that we hadn't prepaid our stay when we had, and no apology offered when he was found to be incorrect! Check-out receptionist was very charming and couldn't do enough to help us. Bar staff not exactly attentive. Room service staff took 40 minutes to deliver a bucket of ice the first night, however they took just 10 minutes to rustle up a club sandwich and bucket of ice the next night. All in all it could've been so much better. Sleep is obviously the most important factor in staying in a hotel, so I would say if you stay here in the Summer months, want a centrally located hotel, like very modern décor and don't mind paying quite a bit then you'll be pleased you chose here, we won't return though. We've stayed in Paris 6 times and will return to the 5th arr as usual next time!

Fantastic, perfect locationPosted Apr 18, 2015
Can't fault the staff for first rate service and light hearted friendliness. The hotel is pristine and well presented. The room was superb with an amazing view. The only thing missing in the room was drawers for clothes. The bar and restaurant are excellent with superior quality food and wine. It's a very spacious hotel. The location is perfect for getting around on foot or by metro. There's an amazing bakery just round the corner and the best restaurant in Paris is only 1 km away. We're going back :-)
