They seem to try, but the execution is lacking ...Posted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: It's really close to the Eiffel Tower ... but that's also NOT a good thing because it's not close to ANYTHING else, really.
Cons: The service. The upkeep. the explanation of the hotel facilities. (my write up is cut-off because Expedia limits the characters).
Location: Very close to the Eiffel Tower and close to the Trocadero, but NOTHING else, really.
Although the hotel was refurbished or re-designed in about 2013, the hotel already shows significant wear in some ways. The carpet in the hall on the 4th floor leading to the elevator was frayed and bare in some places. Also, the bathroom in room 417 had a major leak coming from above at one point. The water leak clearly made a bubble in the ceiling of the bathroom. Now, the staff seemed to fix the problem from above because the leak stopped, but the staff did nothing to fix the leak damage in room 417 while we stayed there, and they made no effort to move us or otherwise accommodate us. Also, there were at least three separate occasions when hotel staff tried to come into our room for no apparent reason (note: these were NOT cleaning crew and these particular staff did not provide any explanation for their attempted entrance into our room). In fact, on two of those occasions, the staff actually opened the door and began to enter our room before we let them know that their entrance was not desired or authorized. They said that they knocked, but their knocks must have been extremely quiet all of the times (and much quieter than room service), if the knocks happened at all, because we didn't hear them. Also, our hotel room phone did not work properly. The phone reported that we had a message and prevented us from making outgoing calls until the message was retrieved, BUT every time I tried to retrieve the message, the voice mail service informed me that there was not .

Komplett renoviertes Hotel in bester Lage!!Posted Feb 23, 2015

We have lived in Pullman hotel in Sanya China, it was much better class than Paris'. They are total different classes I should say. Not worth for the money.

Fab hotel round corner from Eiffel TowerPosted Feb 19, 2015
Location: Very close to the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance of all other major attractions, Arc de Tripumphe, D'Orsay museum, The Louvre.
The hotel staff were really helpful - Aline recommended and booked a cabaret for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very spacious and kept immaculate.

Great hotel, good for exploring Paris.Posted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Friendliness, cleanliness, location, decor, helpfulness.
Cons: Wi if is free but poor in rooms (we were on the 7th floor). Better wi fi would be a plus but if you don't mind sitting in the lobby it was fine there.
Location: Location is excellent. A stones throw from the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro and train station.
Great hotel, glad we paid a little extra for the superior room with view of the Eiffel Tower, well worth it. Stones throw from the Eiffel Tower, good location for exploring the city. Room was clean, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Only negative was the room wasn't ready when we wanted to check in. We had arrived earlier as we had an early flight, the hotel were very happy to store our luggage while we explored Paris. When we returned at the agreed time the room still wasn't ready, we were given a complimentary drinks voucher and apologies. Hotel also happy to store our luggage on our final day when we checked out so we could explore Paris for the day until our flight in the evening......very appreciated. Overall a good hotel with very friendly helpful staff, despite the hiccup of checking in would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Best hotel in parisPosted Feb 18, 2015
Took my girlfriend to Paris over Valentine's weekend , the hotel was above my expectations and the view was amazing I deffinatley advise to get an Eiffel tower view room. And also to visit the frame restaurant located in the hotel .
