Good location and value
Booked a triple room for a trip with friends. Price was reasonable for Paris and conveniently locatied in a modern subburb. Metro and buses are available nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and water refill station in the lobby is a nice attention. Overall very satisfied with this stay.

This place has a serious bed bug problem! We noticed small bites we mistook for mosquitoes but when checking out in the early morning hours, we saw several under all our sheets!! We reported it immediately to the front desk attendant who was nice but older and ill-equipped to handle the situation. We emailed the images and video to the hotel as instructed but no response at all. I’m sending the issue to corporate.

We booked a room for 4 as a family. The fist room only had 3 beds and on complaining waited a period of time to be told we would have to have 2 separate rooms and they were not adjoining. Very disappointing

Convenient location but not clean
Found that my blanket was not changed, had a massive yellow stain (trying to upload a photo of it but this app keeps crashing). Showed this to the gentleman at reception and they were shocked and dealt with it straight away. I didn’t get his name, but the same receptionist was also so lovely and helpful. We were in Paris during the metro/train strikes and he helped me find a way to get to our booked activity the next morning. Location is convenient, right next to a station.

An OK hotel.
Our stay was overall quite good, however we got a hotel room in first floor, even though we paid extra to have a room that was supposed to overview the city. We also got room next to the eating area, and therefore there was a lot of noise from early in the morning and the worst screaming/singing were actually from the people working in the cafe! Most people spoke very good English, at lest the one in the re reception and the room was clean/nice. But the cleaners forgot to give us our duvet the first day and new towels etc so we always had to go ask for something.The price was also a bit high, but when we talked to the people working there they told us that It would have been cheaper booking through them, so that's something I would recommend to others. They also said that it would not have been a problem to change room if we wanted to, so I would recommend asking for a room further up in the building as well.

The hotel is very conveniently located in a distinct neighborhood -- within walking distance to the Bibliotheque Nationale, restaurants, shops, metro stops, a laundromat and a shoe repair shop. Comfortable accommodation and very helpful staff.
