"nice hotel 10 mins walk to the metro (same street)"
The staff were very helpful and the night shift receptionist on our final night went above an beyond to help us (he was very helpful, warm and friendly).
The hotel was lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were no tea or coffee making facilities and nowhere to store any cold drinks, but this is normal in Paris.
The hotel is half an hour from Paris and you should take the metro - which was pretty easy and the trains are very frequent.
Rueil Malmaison (where the hotel is) is a very nice are and there is a lovely park across the road from the hotel. We also went to the end of the road (opposite direction from the metro) and crossed the road and turned right at the end of the road where we found a lovely area with a beautiful fountain and had the best salad ever sitting outside in the sunshine.
