No atmosphere & very impersonal.

Pros: The reception area was nice but the desks & staff should be closer to the entrance. There were plenty of towels in the room. The pool was nice.
Cons: Read 'my experience'.
Location: The hotel is about 40 minutes car drive from Paris centre. There is a good supermarket with very cheap wine a few minutes drive away from the hotel.
The reception area is around the corner as you enter the hotel - it should be the first thing you see on arrival. The staff were helpful but not particularly welcoming - there were very few smiles.....we were supposed to be in a Disneyland location but it certainly didn't feel that way. No atmosphere whatsoever! Regarding the room it was clean but we expected 2 double beds and it turned out to be 1 double bed & a pull out settee bed. There was no Sky Tv - the only english channels were Channel 4 & BBC1! Also the restaurant had a very limited menu and was expensive although on the plus side, the restaurant staff were much more friendlier than the hotel reception staff. Overall the hotel was disappointing and I would not stay there again. Really, not worth the money....sorry, but I'm giving an honest opinion!

Hotel plus que parfait!

Une nuit au radisson blu et une expérience unique. Une chambre nickel avec un très grand lit et tout l'équipement nécessaire. Le personnel est plus que compétent et à notre écoute . Le buffet du petit déjeuner: sucré, salé, fruits, légumes, œufs de toutes sortes, pains différents, confiture à la pelle , yaourt... J'en oublie encore. Bref nous comptons revenir pour le calme et la sérénité de ce lieu qui en plus est à côté du golf et qui a la navette gratuite pour se rendre à la gare ou aux parcs Disney. Je recommande fortement en amoureux ou en famille.

Arrivati in hotel tarda notte avevano dato via la nostra camera dato che ci avevano chiamato sul cell italiano senza mettere il prefisso quindi dato il ritardo pensavano noi non arrivassimo. Per recuperare ci han dato una camera in un hotel ancora più bello a 10 min da loro x una notte era Dreams Castle da sogno davvero. ...poi il giorno dopo siam tornati li ...personale incefe al radisson molto cortese

Location: Per raggiungerlo il mezzo migliore e' il tgv dall'aeroporto e poi la navetta dalla stazione all'hotel. In alternativa la rer ma tragitto lungo
Hotel grande, carino, da scegliere solo per la posizione rispetto al parco. Servizio navetta per il parco abbastanza buono, ma da prenotare in anticipo e con posti limitati. Coda alla colazione....incredibile. Ma qualita' e scelta buone. Camere abbastanza grandi e nuove

Hübsches Hotel, Chaos am Frühstücksbuffet, ...

und es gehören keine Ameisen auf dem Tisch im Barbereich. Für ein 4* Hotel finde ich es nicht angemessen , das ich im Restaurant die Cola in der Flasche mit Strohhalm gebracht wird. Vor allem nicht für 5.99 €! Im Pool Bereich müssen die Gäste erstmal durch ein Fußbecken laufen, die Polo-Servicemitarbeiter laufen aber mit Straßenschuhen ohne Schuhüberzieher! ( nicht sehr hygienisch ) Das Zimmer wurde gereinigt und die Bett gemacht, aber unsere Schlafanzüge lieblos in die Ecke vom Bett oder auf den Tisch geknüllt. Warten wird hier sehr groß Geschrieben !!! ( Im Restaurant, beim warten auf einen Tisch beim Frühstück, beim Shuttlebus/ Taxi , Concierge )

Svarte til forventningene

Vi var en familie på 4 som skulle til Disneyland. Hotellet hadde god beliggenhet i forhold til dette med egen Shuttle buss som gikk hver 1/2 time. Rommet fremsto som romslig og det var rent og pent. Fantastisk frokost. Kan trygt anbefales.

Pros: location and the free parking
Location: outlet and Disneyland
the hotel is only 7 minutes from Disneyland and village and 10 minutes from auchan supermarket and the outlet its just really great location and a nice place to stay in

Beautiful hotel near Disneyland Paris

Pros: The view outside of our window was fantastic. We also enjoyed the shuttle service to and from the Disneyland area. Food was good.
Cons: Maintenance follow up needs work. Info booth at train station needs the correct bus schedule.
Location: Location is 10 minutes from RER station/Disneyland attractions.
This hotel was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The grounds are well kept and lovely, and the hotel public areas like lobby and restaurant are clean and attractive. There is a bus that travels to and from the Disneyland/RER area every half hour, which is very convenient. We ate at the restaurant for lunch on the day of our arrival, and the food and drinks were delicious. The buffet the following morning had many choices of food and drink for international travelers. The morning of our departure I blew a fuse with my hairdrier. They sent someone up at 5:30 in the morning to fix it for us and he was there within five minutes, which was so helpful as we had limited time to get ready, especially in the dark! There were several customer service issues we had as far as a broken shower that was not repaired and incomplete information about the bus times from the information booth at the train station, but overall our experience was a positive one.

Short stay for Disney

Pros: Location and price, generally a modern style, didn't use the pool etc so no comment
Cons: Buffet breakfast good but you have to get to it early ! No hash browns.
Location: Most will be there for Disney but there's golf, shopping and of course Paris itself. The high speed TGV links are good, 10 mins to the airport.
Handy shuttle bus from station to hotel - note that you catch it from the taxi ranks not with the 'official' disney hotel coaches. Short transfer, less than 10 minutes. They recommend you book in advance for busy times eg: first thing in the morning. We upgraded on check in to business class, 50 euro extra per night which sounds a lot but the breakfast was something like 20 per person per day anyway and there were two of us. Bigger room, view and coffee machine. Quiet, no traffic.

Bel hôtel

Qualité des chambres et des espaces communs à la hauteur de la catégorie de l’hôtel. Par contre nous avons tenté vainement de joindre l'hôtel 30 min à la sortie de Disney pour savoir où prendre la navette. Pour information elle s'arrête au niveau de l'arrêt de bus spécial 1 de l'autre côté de la rue, côté gare. Ensuite nous avons dîner avec 5 enfants au snack 2 heures pour 1 plat pour les adultes, et des pâtes et un dessert pour les enfants. Résultat les enfants n'ont pas eu le temps d'aller à la piscine. Dommage
