Hôtel agréable à recommander

Pros: Sa situation ,ses équipements sa propreté ,son parking accessible et spacieux.
Cons: La propreté des escaliers
Location: le quartier est calme verdoyant et l'hôtel est à proximité de Disneyland Paris ,des boutiques de Val d'Europe ,de la vallée village et de Paris .
Hôtel agréable , bien situé au environ de Paris, au calme . Le personnel est à l'écoute pour résoudre nos problèmes . L'hôtel présente de nombreux équipements piscine hammam sauna ...dont on peut disposer . C'est un hôtel que je recommanderai volontiers et où je reviendrai .

Excellent service, nice breakfast, family friendly hotel. Price was very good for what we received. Definitely go back and stay in this hotel again.

Good Hotel , only 10mins from Disneyland

Good hotel, very clean. Food and alcohol expensive but not any more than disneyland. Reception staff are ok but housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Also charging €6.00 for room service in this day and age is a joke! Free shuttle bus to disney goes someway to makeup for this though!

Buen hotel

Pros: Desayuno buffet. vistas agradables, habitaciones cómodas, wifi gratuito, autobús para ir a Disney y estacionamiento para vehículo amplio y gratuito.
Cons: Indicaciones de acceso en la carretera, algún fallo en el agua caliente del baño, wifi lento en la habitación.
Location: Adecuado para ir a Disney.
Nos alojamos cuatro días en el hotel y en general nos gustó bastante.

L'hotel est très bien le personnel à nos petits soins durant notre séjour saison très calme. room service impeccable nourriture excellente. Clame car peu rempli

1 night stay after visiting euro disney

Pros: The staff were very helpful and smiley. Our experiance of the French staff in Disney was not great very miserable. staff at the hotel were great
Cons: The cleanliness of the rooms
Location: Great location for visit to disney
This hotel was ideally situated for Euro Disney and was not near any traffic. The room was comfortable and large, although there were a couple of issues with cleanliness. We don't usually look under beds, but lost the remote control between the king size bed, which was two mattresses together. Under the bed there were lots of crumbs and looked as if this had not been cleaned for a long time. Also there was a hair on the side of the bath. We had wifi in the room and the beds were really comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was good, a wide variety and well replenished

Nah und praktisch zum Disneyland, aber...

Ich hatte drei Zimmer gebucht. Da mein einer Sohn erst später ankommen würde, habe ich alle Zimmer eingecheckt und den Schlüssel bei der Rezeption deponiert damit er ihn später abholen konnte. Nachdem er am nächsten Abend den Schlüssel abgeholt hatte, musste er feststellen, dass das Zimmer belegt war . Nicht nur dass dies schon nicht akzeptabel war und anstatt ihm jetzt kurzfristig ein anderes Zimmer zu besorgen, hat man ihn mitten in der Nacht mehr als eine Stunde warten lassen bis etwas und das erst auf Nachdruck passierte. Und niemand wusste was da und wie es passierte. So ein unakzeptables Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt.
