OK for what we wanted

Pros: Playground for children is lovely. Seating area outside and gardens were very nice too. Golf course looked fun but we didn't visit this time.
Cons: Display more information about shuttle bus times etc.
Location: Good location, nice choice of restaurants in the Mall nearby.
Good hotel, only 10 mins by shuttle bus to the Disney Park (which you have to book). Good choice for breakfast. Pool could have been a little more child friendly considering location but it was fine for a little splash with the kids. Shisha bar was excellent, staff were very friendly. Worth going to the Mall/Outlet for a day out or meal in the evening which is a lot cheaper than you would pay in the park.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic stay.

We had a family trip to euro disney and stayed at this hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel was a lovely place to relax after a busy day. The free shuttle bus made getting to and from Disney so easy with the kids. If we ever get the chance to go back to disney we'll definitely be staying at this hotel.

I don't like they way staff dealing e spacialy the front disk staff with us not cooperation seems we stay free family room not confertable it's sofa bed only and they charged the duboul

Don't eat in this hotel!

Pros: Location to Disneyland Paris.
Cons: Food needs to have more flavour and better portions.
Location: All activities relating to Disney are close by as is the TGV station.
France is known for its food but this hotel charges too much for bland mass produced food! Good location. Pool size enhanced in photo.

Perfectly placed for Disney

Pros: Perfectly located, comfortable hotel. Staff friendly. Rooms kept very clean. Selection at breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Shuttle bus is dangerously overcrowded at key times. Quality of food in restaurant below the standards of the rest of the hotel.
Location: Ideal for Disney, Golf and close to massive shopping centre.
Perfectly located for Disney - close enough to get there in 5 mins but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Ate breakfast everyday (very good) and dinner once (not so good). Shuttle bus is handy - straight from hotel doorstep to Disney park entrance. Be warned the shuttle bus after the late night Disney show is overcrowded, uncomfortable and not a pleasant end to a day at Disney. Hotel must respond and use both buses at key times like this. The hotel pool is indoors and on the small side but fine for children to splash around. No outdoor pool. Staff were friendly and rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Ideal location close to Disneyland Paris

We found the staff to be courteous and polite and were keen to tend to our needs, the inter-linked family bedrooms were ideal and well thought out, we were provided with a travel cot free of charge at very little notice, the bedrooms were clean and had the usual facilities. The pool was small but quite adequate for a short stay, the breakfast had quality cheese and cooked meats etc. The concierge was excellent and arranged travel to the airport with a quality taxi company.

First Time Stay

Pros: Loved the staff, the breakfast buffet, and the pool.
Cons: Room cleanliness, restocking of toiletries each day, ADD WASHCLOTHS!!!
Location: We ate at an Indian restaurant, the Warsi, which we DO NOT recommend based on the customer service. We went to Disneyland Paris - it was wonderful!
The Hotel was very nice. The staff were very professional and kind. The room was average in that the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were stains on the counter that in our opinion could have been removed and the walls could have been repainted based on the prices charged for the stay. We did not get a refreshment of toiletries on the second day and there were no washcloths! Perhaps it is a European thing, but I cannot understand how one can thoroughly wash without a washcloth and handtowels are too large to substitute. Other than than, the room was relatively comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as was all of the wait staff! We would likely return.

Perfect break from Paris

After touring the UK and France for over 30 days, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. My mother and I booked tickets to Disneyland Paris as an afterthought to our trip and needed a hotel at the last minute. It was in our price range, close to the parks, and very relaxing. I didn't want to return to our flat in Paris, I wanted to finish our trip at this hotel. Even the pull out sofa bed was comfy.
