Hard work to get to no shuttle from T3 ,

Posted Jan 29, 2015
Pros: the rom size was good but the bath plug was inoperable, bed was hard .
Cons: shuttle service to all terminals the restaurant menu the restaurant staff and chef, caesar salad dressing was tasteless white water .
Location: Paris Exposition centre , about 20 minutes, nothing else near by .industrial area
I chose this hotel, because of its location shuttle service. I arrived into CDG 8pm and wanted a shuttle collection to and from the airport and the exhibition i was visiting as advertised. The shuttle does not collect from all terminals , you have to walk from T3 to a train station, get a connecting train or bus i could not find ,to the next terminal T2 or T1 and get out and found the shuttle . With luggage I took a taxi who was reluctant to take a short fare but agreed on a fixed price of 20 euros as he was at the back of the taxi line. I there had been only 2 taxis i would have had no chance ! I phoned the hotel to ask why the hotel was not on the sign at the bus stop T3 where all the other hotel shuttle buses arrive, and they gave me the above instructions, no offer to make detour and come and get me. ON arrival in the middle of checking in and a rude hotel guest started complaining to my the reception clerk about his keys that did not work, i was left to wait while this was sorted out ? I booked my free shuttle to the exhibition the next morning which was actually 12 euros , not free at all .It left 10 minutes late and did not proceed more than 20kph ? Then dropped us all off at hall 5 car park ,not the main entrance in the rain. My main complaint was the Sunday night Chinese.buffet, poor quality , poor service, expensive @ 38 euros and not recommend by the lady seated next to me. The alternative was the snack menu. So much for French cuisine !

Hotel close to airport.

Posted Jan 29, 2015
Pros: Convenient to airport and trains.
Cons: Shuttles to run more frequently between airport and hotel, or at least during cold weather or maybe peak hours?
Food was good. Ate in the restaurant first night, and second night at the bar. Restaurant staff very good and friendly. The bartenders in lounge area weren't very attentive. Had to flag them down to order drinks, and then to order food, and then to get our check. It wasn't that busy.

Convenient Location for CDG Airport

The hotel charges a daily fee for Parking which was a bit of a surprise and if I recall correctly it was not mentioned when we made our reservation.

A hotel next to the CDG airport very convenient

Posted Dec 26, 2014
I booked the hotel hoping to use a swimming pool and sona after a long 4hrs TGV trip hoping to relieve my back pain. I was told it was closed. The restaurant food menu was short and extremely expensive the service that day was very slow. The bar did not my Amex card when I tried to pay the 9 Euros beer. The main desk accepted it. And to top it off the shuttle bus was very late and I almost missed my flight. What else do you want to know?

Convenient to CDG -- somewhat

Posted Dec 8, 2014
A fairly pedestrian facility -- getting a little worn out. Still, acceptable for a one night stay. Only downside was getting from airport to the hotel -- shuttle information on web site is useless and directions from a telephone inquiry were confusing and inaccurate. Part of the problem is signage in the airport, but that could be remedied easily with more detailed information on the hotel's web site.

Not good

Posted Dec 6, 2014

Choose this hotel if you are there on business.

Posted Nov 30, 2014
Pros: Clean and close to the airport.
Cons: The directions to the free shuttle FROM the airport to the hotel - it was like a brain teaser and not fun to figure out after traveling 10 hours!
Location: Airport is 10 mins. If you are renting a car and traveling France - a good place to start but not if you are spending your time in the city,
Typical airport area business person's hotel. Nothing special nothing to remember. The free shuttle from the airport is very tricky to find - especially after a long flight as they are not in location of other hotel shuttles, but once you get it down it is functional. Taking a taxi to the hotel will cost you plenty as the cab drivers profit from disoriented non-French speaking travelers. Do not choose this hotel to save a few bucks because you will spend it on cabs and the RER train as fares back and forth into Paris proper are almost 10 euros one way - plus you will lose valuable vacation time commuting. If you are there for business it might be worth it or if you have a terribly early flight and wish to stay close to the airport. Word to vacationers - stay in the city!!
