Short stay in Paris
Nice hotel & well located for access to Orly Airport and centre of Paris via Metro link. Room was nice. Breakfast good except for quality of bacon served which was poor. Otherwise all good.

The Hotel is clean but the property manteinance is very poor. In my room the bathroom floor was loose and sinking and I had a baby which made it even more dangerous. The bed mattress is very bad and the pillows too. Better to use a towel as pillow. In general for me the price-quality doesn’t meet the expectations.

Fabulous stay, staff friendly and helpful. Large room very clean. Easy walk to PSG and rowing stadium. Food at hotel delicious. Would highly recom and stay again.

The shower was a worry - hard to get in and out of and there was no anti-slip on the base of the bath so I had to hold tight to the rails on either side. I think many others had too as they were loose. The plug did not work in the basin, the TV did not work and the light in the bathroom was very dim around the mirror. Otherwise, fine.

My booking was made and my total payment was 332.61 but when I arrived at the hotel I got charge over 500 which is not right. I arrived on Saturday instead of Friday due to delays and the staff that serve me said to me the parking has been taken off just to get to reception during check out that it was actually been charged. Service was really poor and charges are bad and no need.

This could not be a Radisson- avoid this location
We had traveled for over 12 hours to arrive in Paris and to this location. We did arrive very early however we were told that they could check us in early, they just needed to check the room and clean it from the previous guest. We asked to give them an hour and a half. We waited and still the room was not ready and then they asked us to wait another hour. We waited and still no room. Finally 15 minutes before actual quoted check in time, the room still was not ready. We waited 3.5 hours for them to be late for their own quoted time of 3pm. I understand if you can not accommodate an early check in but don’t keep saying wait another hour after the next and you can’t get the task done and then to be late for the actual check in time is unacceptable. There was no suitable resolution to the heating problem in our suite except a space heater that was brought up the next day. When asked to have someone come look at the heating control unit, they informed me that mo one there knew how to operate it . This is supposed to be a Radisson Suite not even a normal room but a two room suite. That’s sad

The hotel is ok, nothing special but ok, clean, rooms are big. Otherwise at the bar the coffee is rubbish(expect that in most parts of Paris). The area where the hotel is located is very good, clean, absolutely no danger on the streets, very clean, some good resturants with good prices, a park near hotel, very close to Parc de Prince stadium and 200 m to metro station. 7 station to Trocadero (Effel Tower).

Somewhat disappointing...
Stay was average bit not what I expect from a Radisson. Ward first in one room but transferred because toilet was broken, second room window wad broken and taped up so couldn't get any fresh air into room. Aircon only blew hot air, tea wasnt replaced each day. Otherwise good location and underground parking was good.
