junior suite was very nice as was hotelPosted Nov 25, 2013
Junior suite Room was spacious and well equipped with plenty of storage. General hotel facilities were good and particulary impressed with pool which was modern and smart. The room had a dish washer and kitchenette, could have done with some complimentary dishwasher tablets and washing up equipment, other than that it was a lovely room.

Great choice for EuroDisney visitorsPosted Nov 4, 2013
We stayed in junior suite, which is perfect for a family of four. The hotel is easy accessible and provides great choice for visitors of Disney parks, but also if you want to visit Paris is only half an hour from the city center by train. The staff is very friendly, we only had a challenge to get enough of towels as apparently the housekeeping was "gone" in the evening.

This was an excellent hotel for our day visit to Disneyland. It was clean, spacious and close to the theme park. Very impressed!!

Great HotelPosted Sep 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
As a young couple visiting Disney and Paris for a few days this was a great hotel for the price, lovely rooms and 5 mins from Disney. Val D'Europe itself is a lovely little town with a great shopping centre (visit the sea life centre in there!) Paris is 45mins by train and there are night buses every hour after midnight for those like us who wanted to see paris after dark! Go up the Eiffel tower at midnight and DO NOT miss the disney fireworks ;)

Every thing about this hotel is excellent my son and I spent a wonderful time relaxing in the hotel and spa I would recommend if you want to be near to disney and away from all the children , very easy to get back and forward to disney 1 stop on train the station is 2 mins walk away and you straight in to disney ,

Unfriendly hotelPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Arrived late at night with young children but reception was very unfriendly. In fact reception staff were rude with their demands of payment and identification up front. Once they were paid they changed to a hypocritical smile but they didn't help us with our bags. Even the next morning apparently there was no-one who could help us with our bags. Scandlous to be a 4-star hotel!!!!

This is not a disney family friendly hotelPosted Aug 16, 2013
do not mistake this for a family hotel, children under the age of 18 cannot use the pool at any time.tea & coffee in room on arrival but not topped up for rest of the stay

Lovely place to stayPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
My family had a lovely stay here. We stayed in the junior suite. The room and the hotel in general is very clean and fresh and the staff were quite helpful and pleasant. My only 'but' is the fact that children are not allowed in the pool. Other than that it was lovely.
