i did not like the bathroom with the tub and faucet . it’s not handy and is to old fashion . i think they have to remodel it . That’s the only thing what i did not like .

Crapy Hotel, the rooms Were super expensive and the air conditioning did not work, the food in the dinning area was poor and the area really really small, can’t accommodate the guests.

All staff were personable and helpful, the peonies in the lobby smelled beautiful, the breakfast buffet delicious, and the concierge exceedingly helpful. Lovely room, charming hotel.

Comfortable, clean and well located close to the Louvre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool slightly chilly. Would have been nice to know that hotel bar and restaurant were closed for refurbishment.

We requested a King bed - actually was 2 twins pushed together. Bathroom and ceiling had water damage. Customer service was not what it should be for a caliber of hotel.

Leaky sink faucet, tub wouldn’t drain, shower head/faucet placed inconveniently so it was uncomfortable to shower, hair in tub from previous guest, tub was really high and I am pregnant so it was difficult to get in and out of. Window view had no view besides construction that started at like 4am everyday so it was extremely loud and unpleasant. Carpet in room and hallways was dirty. Bar wasn’t open on Sunday and Monday. Overall dirty and not good quality for the amount of money we paid.

Loved the property. The location is fantastic (central for attractions, shopping, dining), the hotel was great (modern, clean), and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (from the front desk, concierge, door, and room attendants). This will be our go to hotel for paris.

Great location. Across from the Louvre and it is possible to walk to most major attractions in Paris. Probably more of a 4.5 star than a true 5 star hotel. The rooms are a little small and the lobby is nothing special. But we got great value compared to other comparable hotels in the area. Service was very good.

The location of this hotel is fabulous also that it is on a quiet street. Rooms a bit small. The pool and saunas are very nice. The staff very friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a 3 1/2 star. The Superior room was very small, the layout is not great. The amenities were not great. Service was also not favorable. The best part of the hotel to me was the concierge (can't remember his name) was excellent, so helpful. Overall, I expected more from the Ranaissance Paris.

They claim to be a 5 star hotel and it doesn’t even remotely can be considered a 5 star. I guess you just pay for the location. The fixtures and and details have that feeling of a hotel that has been furnished with that famous blue and yellow swedish furniture brand... The details ( a very old room phone with not even a button description to know how to call the front desk) are very disappointing, plus a bathroom towel heater that after three days hasn’t been fixed yet and is always on at 200 degrees celsius making the whole room an oven. They keep apologising and they are offering a glass of wine to make up for it, but not the level of service you would expect from a Marriott Bonvoy Elite at this hefty pricetag.

This beautiful hotel is centrally located on a quiet street. Our rooms were a nice size, clean and the beds are really comfortable. The concierge was very helpful in recommendations and assisting us in booking dinner reservations. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. Only issue we had was the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't cooling and unable to be repaired. The hotel was booked so no other rooms were available. They did bring up a fan which helped, but still hard to sleep due to the warm temp. Would definitely stay here again.
