Charming hotel in the Latin Quarter

Posted Jul 5, 2015
Pros: Helpful staff, great location, good value
Location: The front desk will recommend cafes and there is a nearby open air market in the morning. Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens and the Pantheon are nearby.
The Henri IV is located in a cul de sac, which makes it seem like an oasis in a busy neighborhood (no noise at night). The rooms aren't large but they're charming and the bathrooms seem recently renovated. The hotel's layout makes you feel like you're staying in an elegant home. But the real selling points are the incredibly helpful staff and proximity to wonderful cafes, boutiques, Notre Dame, the Pantheon, etc. Good value, too, for a Parisian hotel. I've stayed at many more expensive and elegant hotels, and not had half as nice a time. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Quaint hideaway hotel

Posted Apr 25, 2015
Pros: Very helpful staff.
Location: Near the Sorbonne and Latin Quarter so lots of inexpensive restaurants and bars.
It is a very small hotel tucked onto the end of a one way street very near the Sorbonne. Our room on the 4th floor was apartment style, small but comfortable with newly refurbished bathrooms. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Charme og service nær det er bedst!

Posted Apr 5, 2015 on Hotels

Luokassaan loistava hotelli

Posted Mar 22, 2015 on Hotels

A Quiet Oasis

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Located in the centre of the Latin Quarter of Paris the hotel is tucked into a quiet dead end off the Rue D'Ecole. Easy access to the Metro and to the Pantheon and only a short stroll from Notre Dame, it is well located to explore Paris. The room we stayed in was quite large and had the biggest and most comfortable bed we have ever encountered. Whilst not serving evening meals, the hotel has a list of local restaurants with a range of price points that can be enjoyed, and they do appear to be genuine recommendations, as opposed to sponsored ones. To cap it all the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a very good find.

Absolutely charming.

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: Everyone was very friendly.
Location: The hotel is close to everything we wanted to see, and exudes old world charm.
Everyone was very friendly, spoke English, tolerated my passable French and was helpful. i was traveling with my son, and he found it lovely as well. The breakfast which was included, did not vary, but was enough to start the day. iI added an omelet each day. With only 2 rooms per floor, you feel like you are in a private word.

Knus hotel, gezellig.

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Knus en gezellig in franse stijl. Ontbijt viel tegen.
