Very very bad experience. I don't know how this hotel has three stars. There was stench and dirt everywhere in the room - floor, shelves, chairs. The corners have not been washed in months, if not years. After the first night we had to change rooms. The receptionist said that the new room would be ready in the evening. After arriving at the hotel (in the evening), the receptionist, who had replaced the previous worker, knew nothing about it. She was unpleasant and we had to wait at least half an hour before she gave us a new room. The new room was also dirty and smelly. The closet was broken (couldn't be opened) so we couldn't use it. We didn't get the hair dryer we asked for. After two days, our toilet broke down. We had to wait two days for the hotel to fix it for us. Nobody informed us about anything. We had to flush the toilet with a bucket of water. It is normal? We didn't have housekeeping all week because the cleaner "was busy". What surprised us the most was that we had to throw out the trash to the container outside the hotel. Is this also normal? I travel regularly, but I have never experienced something like this. On the day of departure, we left the hotel at 2 a.m. - there was no one at the reception, while the reception was supposed to be available 24/7. The hotel was completely unlocked. Both the front and back doors were open. Anyone could walk in. The overall attitude of the hotel staff was unprofessional and unpleasant. This hotel NEVER AGAIN.
