Nice hotel with good locationPosted Apr 13, 2014
The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was good for small meals, with a small fridge, stovetop and microwave. Located close to many metro stops. Lots of cafés and restaurants close by. Monoprix Supermarket just steps away.

Cool nice hotel near train stationPosted Apr 8, 2014
Really pleasing experience. But please remember to read the booking rules and regulations. We did not and didnt know that the breakfast is charged. Other than that, brilliant!

Paris Opera Residhome Appart HotelPosted Jan 6, 2014
Pros: Staff were very good. Hotel was very clean.
Location: Easy access to all of Paris; subway station was right on the corner.
This hotel is located on a quiet little street in the department store area of Paris. Very nice location with very helpful and pleasant staff who all spoke English. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00am after an overnight flight to Paris. Even though check in was 3:00pm, the hotel was able to give us a room by 10:30am. The kitchen was well equipped, including a tea kettle and a coffee pot, and there was a grocery store just around the corner. Nice place to stay; it was very clean with a good bathroom (tub and shower). I would recommend it to anyone.

Not badPosted Nov 8, 2013
I liked the little kitchen and complimentary tea and snack. Location was good but reception staff was not efficient and we waited for 3 minutes because no one was at the reception. I prefer apartments than hotels that was why I liked this place but nothing was so special except for that.

Low quality furniture and very old fashion.Posted Nov 3, 2013
Pros: Location is good for shopping at Lafayette but close on Sunday. Supermarket is just opposite but close at 10 pm and Sunday.
Cons: Room conditions and staffs are required to be improved.
Location: Location is near Lafayette Department Stores and RER station. But it may not be safe at night as we found lots of homeless.
Not friendly and no service mind stuff when check-in. We traveled with small kids on a rainy days but the staff at the front desk did even asked to help us on luggage unloaded and stored in the lobby. Guests had to carry their own luggage to the rooms. Breakfast is charged even a small kid below 2 years old. Room is not so clean and quite small even one bed room.

Great Location to explore ParisPosted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location with the all the basics covered in the studio apartment. Monprix grocery store real close for snacks and drinks if you didn't want to eat out. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and best suited to one person rather than two other wise no issues.

Clean but poor servicePosted Aug 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed for 4 nights and although the room was clean.... It was tiny a d really hard to navigate with bags. We also arrived early and the gentleman at the desk was very rude to us. After 20+ hrs traveling the least they could do was offer us an early check-in.... Not impressed at all with their attitude.

Customer services severely lacking. Hidden fees.Posted Jul 25, 2013
Cons: The hidden fees
The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are a good size for Paris. What you need to be worried about is the customer service and follow up. I honestly felt taken advantage of by them and felt like they preyed on me as a tourists. They hit me with hidden charges in excess of 390 Euros. I gave them options to help alleviate my concern and they were unapologetic and unhelpful. I would highly recommend staying away. There are plenty of good options in Paris that do not pull these tactics.

Friendly and great locationPosted Jul 24, 2013
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Room not swept each day
Location: Ideal for exploring Paris
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived except for the toilet which had urine on the seat. We stayed 4 nights during which the room was not swept but tidied. The beds were very comfortable and clean The location was terrific and there is a supermarket within 50m. Really enjoyed our stay in Paris
