in general the was good except the bed and mattress they were extremely uncomfortable.. I think if they changed the type of beds and mattresses it is gonna be an excellent hotel

Disappointing 2nd Stay

After arriving at 3 a.m. after driving from England, we were very upset that despite selecting the "Privacy" option on our door we were woken up early in the morning by a man asking to come into our room for the humidifier. We did not ask for a humidifier at check in and after such a late arrival, our sleep was interrupted so this man could come into our room to retrieve it. That same morning while attempting to plan our day, we realized the wireless Internet would not connect. We called the front desk and they said that the complimentary Internet was down, but someone was coming to work on it that day. We returned to our hotel to find that the Internet was still not working. We called again to the front desk and my husband was told that it could not be fixed. It was also not available on any other floor or in the lobby. We were very disappointed as this is one of the reasons we chose this hotel again. The next morning, we were woken up AGAIN! We had also put the "Privacy" button on our door again. This time it was housekeeping. We have NEVER been woken up by housekeeping on a check-out day. But it was so disappointing to be woken up and have no Internet that we decided to only say something at check out when we were asked if we enjoyed our stay. During check out, we were asked if everything with the stay was okay. When my husband started saying, "Well..." he was cutoff by the front desk staff and asked to pay for the parking.

condition of cleanliness,hotel location, room were pretty good.. mostly great. But the thing we feel uncomfortable is that electricity switched off many time automatically when we cook in the kitchen ..

Good Family Hotel

Pros: The fact that I didn't have to prepay
Cons: Bigger rooms for more than 2 adults
Location: Great location, about a 10 min train ride to main attractions
Enjoyed our stay. The room was smaller than I thought. For 3 adults Inthought the room could have been bigger, but overall a great stay.

This is certainly NOT a "4". This is just an average hotel. I guess it is the crazy demand in Paris that sometimes drives up the price of this hotel.... .I stayed in a studio room. Very very congested...There was hardly 6 inch space between the bed and the TV stand to walk. I had broken trash bins in the bathroom.. Wobbly mattress and hence had pretty uncomfortable sleep. But good part is the location.. This is a prime spot with close access to the Tram station and also several offices. I guess those who prefer a Kitchenette, this could be a good option. But beware.. even the kitchenette is tiny tiny..

very bad hotel, No sign for address, A lot of garbage in basket from before I never see this problem in 2 or even 1 star Hotel, staff was not friend the one from Morocco said something bad to me , the place for breakfast so small, what more shall I say ? only I suggest that if you want to have a good time in Paris don,t stay in this Hotel

All good other than the bed!

Hotel very well located (5mins from Metro/RER), reasonable rate, supermarket right across the road, room on the small size, but clean. Mini kitchen was basic but absolutely fine for basic heating-up, microwaving etc. Several English TV channels (incl. BBC1 & 2), but Achilles heel was the bed & rubbish pillows. Both my wife & I were suffering on both days with sore backs (& we don't suffer from bad backs!!)..the bed was really that bad....a serious let-down. Service staff didn't seem overly concerned & gave us the old "all rooms are like that" line...which was scant comfort. Of note, the weekend reception staff were notably less helpful that the regular Mon- Fri staff who seemed an altogether more professional team. Bed quality was so notably poor, it really would probably put us off staying again, despite all of the other hotel positives.

Nice hotel in a modern business area

The hotel is 5 minute walk from the La Defense station. Once you get out of station, you find yourself in a modern spacious street that looks more like a square in size. The arch building is a nice touch. However, to get to the hotel, you need to walk through some stairs and escalators (I believe, it's University of Da Vinchi ground) that looks quite awesome. Escalators work 24 hours, so no problem to get around with luggage. The area feels very safe day and night. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Expedia booked a wrong room for us. We needed a room with a sofa for a child and the hotel reserved a room without it. Because our printout had correct room, they upgraded us for one night to a 1 bedroom and got us the right room the next day. Transition was flawless. The hotel is in very good condition. There is a cafe next door to have some coffee or a glass of wine. Our room had a balcony to the inside area, so me and my wife had a pleasant evening sipping red wine right there.

Ideal for family

As we have three children, it is always a hassle to find a hotel room which accommodates us all, but this one has it. Location is convenient enough to access the central Paris, and also you can extend your visit to the other areas easily by using the RER.
