Worst Experience of my life

Posted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: It was close to Station & My meeting place..That's it....
Cons: From down to up everything..& I really mean it
I have spent my whole life on business trips & stayed more than 100’s of hotel but this was the worst 4 star hotel , I ever came across. Reason: (A)I booked only on condition that I need to check in little early & it was confirmed by Reception staff & once I landed there, there was no room & they have asked me to wait for so long that I have to shave change my clothes & use common toilet in hotel to get ready for my meeting. (B) The room AC wasn't working. All the remote panels were broken. (C) Cleaner came to clean but she just made bed, DIDN'T hoover, no change of soap, glasses, no refilling of coffee/tea, no milk, cigarette butts in balcony. (C) No room service if you need anything like IRON or Water-bottle or food, you have to go to reception & they lend Iron for only 1 hour & you have return back. (D) room space was so tight that you can barely walk. (E) Last but not least, I reception to book taxi for me at 12:30 & once I reached on reception to go to airport there was no TAXI, it came after mins. If you going on business or pleasure trip, I wouldn't recommend this HOTEL to anybody. If you want HOSTEL facility at the price of 4 Star than you can go ahead. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING

Nice hotel closed to subway station

Excellent location, very safe place, it was glad to be there. The hotel is in good condition. Nice park on front off. I come back again without any doubt. Breakfast little bit expensive but good. Walking distance to La Defence metro station.

Don't believe that they have king sized beds

Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: The close proximity to the metro.
Cons: The business practices of the staff/owners. Having king beds.
Location: We were there on a Sunday, and that area is locked up pretty tightly on a Sunday. I don't really know what is available during the week.
We informed the hotel at booking time and also two days before our stay that we were going to be coming in at 0100. When we got to the hotel, they had given away our room, which was supposed to be an apartment. They gave us two rooms, but my daughter was expected to sleep on a sofa bed. She went down to reception and complained, and they did give her a room. They did not charge us any additional fees. The description on one of the sites said they had king-sized beds. They do not anywhere in this hotel. The rooms were clean enough, but were more worn than what is depicted on the website. For Paris, the cost is good, so I would probably recommend this for that reason. Also, it is fairly close to the Metro, which is a benefit.

Very close to metro & RER lines

Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: Space, large bathroom.
Cons: New mattress.
Location: Mall, movie theatre, cafés, many restaurants and grocery store.
Great hotel, close to grocery store, movie theater, mall and public transportation. The fully functioning kitchen comes with a dishwasher! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was a good size.

FANTASTIC

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: The front desk staff, housekeeping were excellent
Cons: no
Location: location great - lots of eateries, supermarkets, shopping centres, cinemas with English and French subtitles.Public transport 5 mins T2 tram 2mins
We have stayed for 7 nights and the staff have been wonderful, so helpful in any small question - where to catch tram/train/get to a site in Paris. The front desk staff are so caring, always a smiling face, a big welcome - with "what have you done today" (with interest). The location is great - lots of eateries, supermarkets, shopping centres, cinemas with English and French subtitles. One staff members (who I cant name on this page) greeted us tonight knowing that we were leaving in the morning wished us the best, take care and what were our next plans. Really a wonderful person and the hotel should be grateful for her. She made our visit in a strange city by careing about us. We will be back in Paris and will stay at this hotel again and again. Thankyou

Clean practical with baby

Posted Feb 28, 2014
Easy 10 min walk to metro with baby in pram. Need to locate lifts and ramps in order to avoid stairs - not easy to begin with but once orientated its fine. Excellent facilities to care for baby with kitchenette in room. Cot provided on request. Staff very helpful!

Good Family Hotel

Posted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: The fact that I didn't have to prepay
Cons: Bigger rooms for more than 2 adults
Location: Great location, about a 10 min train ride to main attractions
Enjoyed our stay. The room was smaller than I thought. For 3 adults Inthought the room could have been bigger, but overall a great stay.

Highly overrated... Just average hotel.

Posted Nov 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is certainly NOT a "4". This is just an average hotel. I guess it is the crazy demand in Paris that sometimes drives up the price of this hotel.... .I stayed in a studio room. Very very congested...There was hardly 6 inch space between the bed and the TV stand to walk. I had broken trash bins in the bathroom.. Wobbly mattress and hence had pretty uncomfortable sleep. But good part is the location.. This is a prime spot with close access to the Tram station and also several offices. I guess those who prefer a Kitchenette, this could be a good option. But beware.. even the kitchenette is tiny tiny..
