“Not what I expected.... it was better!!!”
Great Hotel. Staff was very helpful. Room had a kitchen with Microwave and fridge ( a nice option if you plan to save on meals). Parking was extra, but worth the extra fee because of its secure nature.
“Good location for EuroDisney Paris !”
We had a good time @ this hotel. It has a wonderfull breakfast & excellent location next to a train station few minutes from Eurodisney.
“Thanksgiving In France - Very Nice Experience”
Our family celebrated Thanksgiving in France, and we stayed at the Residhome Val d'Europe. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is very clean. We stayed less than 6 nights, so we didn't meet the requirements for room service. It's an apartment, not a hotel. There was a nominal charge to exchange our towels. Other than the pillows could be a little more fluffy, the place is small, but has all the convienences. The Residhome is one stop away from Euro Disney, but about 40 min from Paris. Metor is directly across the street from Residhome, which made it nice when traveling back at night with the kids. Just a few blocks aways is a fabulous mall and outlet. I would recommend the Residhome Val d'Europe.
“would recommend to a friend”
Great location for Paris and Disneyland. VERY close to the train. Small but very well equipped. Coffee maker, teapot, and every dish you could need. A/C very hard to find especially for the price.
“Best hotel we have been to in Paris.”
I have been to Paris 5 times, and for the price, this is by far the best. It is 30 mins from the city center which we actually like. We live in Germany and it's 30 mins closer to where we live and driving in the city can be difficult. The train is a 2 minute walk and it takes you right down town. The hotel was clean, had a seperate bedroom, kitchen with a small refridgerator, coffee pot, and dishes, two bathrooms, one with a toilet and the other with a bath tub and a seperate shower. I will recommend this to everyone we know. It is a great hotel with an unbeatable price!!!
“Excellent option to Disneyland Paris”
I was traveling from Asia to America, with a stop in France to bring my son to Disney and spent some days in Paris. I was with a lot of baggage, and they were really helpful with my incredible high number of baggage. The check in process was fast and easy. The hotel location is really, really near of the Val d'Europe train station and near of a HSBC bank. The rooms are very clean, the kitchen is really useful and well done. Two TVs each one with integrated DVD Player help me a lot with my son requests for DVD movies. The shower and sink separated from the toilet is really useful (for a non-european people). The little apartment have a big closet (excellent) but the big bet are really two single beds side by side (with the necessary small separation in the middle), the only thing I would really change. There is complimentary internet for just one machine (excellent) included in the price thru WIFI. The Disney station is the next station from Val d'Europe, meaning you can be on Disney in minutes or in the Center of Paris in less than 30 minutes. They help me to found me a Van for going to the Airport with all my baggage. I have no complains at all. The full experience was perfect and I will recommend this hotel to anybody that want to go to Disney.
“Surprising to say the least”
I have stayed at other apartment style hotels. I have to say I was plesantly surprised at how well laid out this was. Although it wasn't as large as some I have stayed at in the past it had several qualities about it that made it a winner. First and formost is the proximity to the local train station. I can say you could literally throw a stone at the entrance to the train station which is only one stop away from Disneyland. Head the other direction and in about 30-40 minutes from downtown Paris. The room itself was clean and efficient. Two single beds were put together in the typical European fasion to make one larger bed in the bedroom and then a larger fold out couch for 2 more people and a fold out loveseat for the fifth person. I didn't get any complaints from the kids on the fold out so I assume they didn't mind one bit. Amenities included microwave, stove, hot water pot, coffee pot and a small dishwasher. There was no soap for cleaning the dishes but if you are planning on staying for a long weekend or need anything there is an enormous mall with a grocery store within 10 minutes walking distance. We parked our car on Friday and didn't move it again until Monday when we left. I can't remember off the top of my head what the cost was but there was an additional surcharge for parking and a city tax per person that is paid upon arrival. If you have any problems or concerns the staff was readily able to help out. You would be hard pressed to find better.
“Nice family hotel”
Staff is very friendly
“nice location, smart neighborhood, close to EU Disney, clean hotel”
nice hotel, close to a very nice shopping mall, close to eu disney, the neighborhood is also safe.
“Great family room for the price.”
The hotel's very conveniently located, with good street parking and a major grocery store nearby. The kids were comfortable and Parc Disney was only a short hop away - either by train or by car.
