GREAT LOCATION!!!

Posted Sep 6, 2014
This hotel had an amazing location! Metro right outside hotel, great park across the street, louvre 5 mins away. Staff goes out of the way to help you! Speak English. Negative was room condition. Shower didn't work, loud noise outside and room could use some work. Great value and location makes this room awesome alone.

Nice Hyatt Regency hotel

Nice hotel stay was really good but I was disappointed when I found out that my room wasn't a sea view while I personally selected this option while making my reservation on expedia web since it was my honeymoon trip. Overall I do highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Location & friendly staff
Cons: Carpet needed a clean
Location: Very close to Louvre, couple of minutes walk. good restaurants & shops all around.
Great location at a good price for Paris. had a junior suite which gave extra room for bags etc Staff were excellent, very helpful with everything. Only thing carpet was abit dirty, could have done with a clean but overall would stay there again and would definately recommend this hotel

Close to everywhere!

All stuff are friendly and helpful, the room is very quiet and comfortable. The only thing was that the hair drier did not work in the room and the wifi accesses was quite annoying as I had to put the wifi code and the password each time I wanted to connect to the internet.

Pleasant hotel, good location and helpful staff!

Posted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: The hotel and room were very clean and spacious. Room attendants were thorough and left candies after each cleaning. Front desk staff were pleasant.
Cons: The orange juice in the minibar had gone bad. It was grossly outdated and I was hesitant to use any further mini bar items after discovering it!
Location: This hotel was across the street from The Louvre. There was also a metro station across the street, so access to activities was extremely easy.
We enjoyed our overall experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. We arrived early so the bell staff held our bags while we did some sightseeing. When we checked back about 1.5 hours later our room was ready and bell staff brought our bags up to us. The room was extremely spacious and clean and the room attendants left candies after each cleaning for us. I did find the orange juice in the minibar had gone bad, which was concerning, but also easily rectified. We had minor noise issues on our last evening due to a few rowdy children wound up from traveling. This is to be expected and the noise only lasted for a short time. The hotel restaurant was a great place for lunch or drinks, and the hotel is located near many other restaurants if you should want a specific type of cuisine. The Louvre was across the street, and a metro station also across the street accommodated easy travel to any activities we wanted to enjoy. There were a fair amount of shops nearby as well for souvenirs. Overall a very nice and comfortable experience at this hotel. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice Hotel in a Perfect Location

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: The staff were by far the best part of this hotel, welcoming, helpful and friendly (and in France!)
Cons: It would appear that the hotel is undergoing renovation, so actually it's biggest downfall is already being resolved.
Location: The location is perfect, situated just across the road from Tuileries metro station, it's half way between Le Louvre and Place de la Concorde.
On arrival it was a little bit slow to be processed for the check-in but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room was not ready on arrival (despite being an hour after the check-in time), but this only served to give us the opportunity to start roaming outside. The entrance was nice, with the classic marble look. When we finally got in to our room, it was a little tired, but fine and spacious although lacking a kettle and complementary tea and coffee like you would find in a lot of other hotels, the alternative was either paying €8.50 for one on room service, or to venture outside, amongst the more traditional it was close to Starbucks and a little further was "Tea by Thé" which served excellent tea and coffee, disappointingly though these suffered from a severe cut off for closing time and made it impossible to buy out in the evening. The location was very good, prime spot really, lots of cafés and restaurants, almost on top of Tuileries Metro station, and comfortable walking distance to many of the key sites like Louvre, Place de la Concorde, or slightly further Cité, Notre Dame, Musée d'Orsey. I would stay here again.
