Overall for the price this is a good value for money. Only difficulty I had was contacting on late arrival and explaining about which property we were at. They should be able to find which property based my booking reference.

I arrived at the property around 7:30 pm to check in. Unlike what was reported by the establishment, the reception phone did not work (the reception was closed) and luckily I found a resident who had a contact number, where I called and managed to speak with someone. When speaking, I explained the situation and I was waiting on the phone for about 10 minutes to give me some information. They hung up on me, I called back 5 or 6 times and no one answered. Then I called the same number from another phone and they answered promptly, soon the person on the other end of the phone already knew who he was talking to and again began to take a long time to answer. I was with my family and child waiting for more than 1 hour in total and after I said that I would call the police if I didn't solve the problem, they gave me the code to access my key. SHAME and completely disrespectful the whole service of this hotel. They didn't clean my room even one day. On the last day the hot water just didn't work. The complete disaster. and it wasn't cheap! Finally, as it is a hotel, tourist environment, communication in English must be essential and the level of English of the staff was simply terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Nice hotel, perfect location. The room was perfect and its appropriated for families. Unfortunately, the strikes on France affected the service.

We arrived at 6:00 pm on a Saturday and didn’t know the reception would close at 6pm as no one told us and we were never told about this,luckyly we caught up the receptionist leaving and he just bluntly handed us our keys and went away telling us to proper check in the morning,the hotel is dirty corridors stink of smoke carpets are dirty,the room was dirty and outdated and missing amenities like a kettle and no towels at all,we requested a kettle but never got one,beds are really bad and sunk in the middle at least in our room,I wouldn’t stay there again,dirty not comfortable staff wasn’t helpful at all.

Check-in tool 1.5 hours, our room not ready, two reservations not retrievable. Offered to arrange another hotel but we had enough of the discussions and arranged ourselves in three smaller rooms, though we had booked the large apartment with 2 beds. The young receptionist was very polite, but had no authority to do something, and we were charged full rate regardless that we downsized. Moved then the second night into a larger space as booked. Room on the surface clean in terms of bedlinen, towels etc. , however not sure what was all the dirty spots on wall, sofa and under sofa. Bed slats were broken and we advised reception but nothing happened. Not sure how you should use the kitchen, when there isn't even a tea towel. We had a front facing room and traffic noise only steps in-between 1 am and 5am, and given the summer weather you need to have the window open. There is no aircon and we decided to leave early as it was not what we expected. Did not even get the Paris city tax back that we had paid.

Hotel was 35 minute bus ride to Paris. Bus was usually crowded. Toilet seat was broken when we arrived and it took them one day to replace it. Each surburb of Paris has its own city center. If you want to be in Paris then make sure that you stay in Paris and not a surburb.

I picked this hotel, because it is close to my work place. I stayed for 2 weeks and I was very disappointed with the exception of the bed. They don't provide dish soap, detergent, extra trash bag, sponge, or extra toilet paper. They clean the room, change the towels and add two toilet papers only once a week. You basically need to buy everything, and that is what they tell you if you ask for any of these. I asked for a few things and gave them a list such as dish soap and sponge, but they did not even bother to replace them. However, the bed was very comfortable!
I asked them to replace the detergent, and they didn't
They give you a small bar of soap for a week!

Very convenient studio with kitchen. Pitty they don't provide the sponges to wipe the dishes. Breakfast with croissant and bread.... Not the freshest hotel but nice people, large room and good rate for its location.

Easy access to transport.
Easy access to central Paris. Very helpfull, accomodating and friendly staff. Very good experience and will surely recommend and will use the same hotel in the future visit.

The staff at the front desk was really nice. However they didn't seem to have looked at my reservation. I requested a crib for my 3 month old but no one tol the time to google the word "crib". Therefore they did not put a crib in my room. They asked me what a crib was....then they said they will take care of it. Eventually at night I asked the night staff about the crib and they showed me a Playard type crib WITHOUT a mattress. They gave me the option of laying my three month old baby on a soft blanket since they didn't have a mattress. Needless to say I refused and asked for a discount for not delivering what I requested. I spent 4 days there and no one came to me to apologize for not getting a proper crib. The day I was leaving I asked to speak to a manager because they wouldn't give mee a discount. After several minutes of back and forth they finally have me 5 euros off each night. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Convenient and pleasant hotel
I found the hotel pleasant and comfortable, and a suitable place to stay during a visit to Nanterre University. Just one reservation. Entry to the building requires putting a code into a keypad at the entrance. The code is provided at reception on regitsration. But one requires to get into the building in order to register. Catch-22! Perhaps some information on how to deal with this situation could be dealt with could be provided to those booking.

We have booked and paid for 4 adults and were very disappointed, because there were Not enough linen, towels, glasses, pillows, duvets,…everything is set for 2 adult and 1-2 small kids. Light were with broken bulbs, heater were not working, shower were broken…disappointed 4 nights at this hotel.

NOT EVEN A HOTEL!
This is not even a hotel it is an aparthotel, you don't have anyone to cleam your room, and if you arrive in a time when the reception is closed you might have some trouble to get in, and very important is NOT LOCATED in PARIS, is located in a city close to Paris but you must take a bus and the metro to get there. I just booked this hotel based on the previous reviews and I was disappointed.
