Stayed here for 5 nights - visiting EuroDisney

Posted Nov 12, 2014
Pros: Location, mini-kitchen/fridge and room size.
Cons: Re paint the coloured hob ring guide onto the cooker. Skirting board and corner of carpets could be cleaner. Provide loo roll for guests for stay.
Location: Disney Parks Shopping Restaurants Paris (30 mins)
Great value appart-hotel close to EuroDisney Resort. Kitchen was just big enough to prepare breakfast and lunches to take to Disney park and avoid high food costs. Fab location just one train stop (or free shuttle bus ride - opposite Hotel Elysee around the corner) from the parks. Super supermarket in the shopping centre around the corner to stock up on healthy snacks, lunches and breakfast. We were 2 adults and 1 child in an appartment with a double bed, mini kitchen and lounge with fold out sofa bed -lots of space and storage. Budget option for those intending on spending most of the day out and about. With super transport links to the parks and into Paris (c30mins). Please note there is no kettle in the room - need to use pans to boil water, and the 2 hob cooker (no oven/microwave) is a bit tricky to work out at first as the coloured guides for high/low settings etc have worn away. You would think hotel would paint them back on! Furnishings basic but comfortable enough and we all slept well after so much fresh air and exercise in the parks.

Nothing extraordinary but a lovely spacious room (we had a four person room so we had a seperate living room etc) in a quiet, safe, clean area, very close to the rer station. Great for access to disney (5 mins) or Paris (30 mins)

Appalling experience checking in via machine

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: It was close to Disneyland Paris and train station into Paris.
Cons: Better checking in system. A shower that works and means of washing up in the kitchenette.ie. bowl or plug!
Location: Paris and Disneyland
Checking in machine didn't accept any of my details including the itinery number I'd been given. The person on the emergency number didn't double check which hotel I was at, although she was told straight away.Spent 40mins outside on the phone trying to check in.I had my young daughter with me and I'm six months pregnant. Appalling system and service, will be complaining to Expedia to.

great place to stay close to Disneyland

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: It is bright and airy rooms, clean and plenty of storage, close to the station and the mega discount shopping centre check out the Auchan supermarket
Cons: a kettle would be nice even if it only took a few minutes to boil the pan
Location: it is quiet little town with lots of the same apartment/hotel buildings, the italian restaurant across from the rail stn is superb try out the calzone
Serris is one stop away from Disneyland 1.70euro for a 3 minute train ride, the hotel/apartments are spacious, double bed settee, table and chairs, 2 ring cooker, fridge, shower. Plenty of storage for shopping and clothes, take some hangers, safe in closet. flat screen tv not worth turning on as all of the channels are in French or dubbed into French and even the subtitles are in French. Once you arrive at the train station head for Serris and as you step out of the station turn right toward Val d'europe shopping centre, stay cross the road and stay on the same side head away from town keeping the entrance behind you on the right and as you turn the corner it is right there, 3 minute walk on tired legs. when you buy a train ticket keep hold of it as you will need it to get out of the train station. Reception staff are very nice and helpful.

Convenient for Disneyland Paris

Posted Jul 17, 2014
This hotel was "enough" for our trip to Disneyland Paris. Clean enough, comfortable enough, close enough. A short train or (free) shuttle bus ride to the park gets you there in good time. The hotel blends in a little too much to the buildings around it...we drove right past it and had to walk around the neighbourhood to locate it. I think it needs better signage. However, I would recommend it if you don't want to pay the Disney hotel prices, and you have a little kitchen where you can make your own meals. There is a big mall a couple of blocks away with a supermarket, and many restaurants in the area.

Wonderful location, very helpful staff

Posted Jul 13, 2014
The hotel is easy to find, and has secure parking for a fee. There is good quality free wifi, and you cannot beat the location for Val de Europe or Disney. The receptionist was very helpful. The rooms are a but cramped and the sofa bed noisy. The kitchen area and bathroom could both benefit from an upgrade.
