Lovely hotel in great central location

Pros: Understated, but smart
Cons: Rooms are a little small
Location: Fantastic location. Walking distance to most central attractions
Felt like nice boutique hotel. Staff very pleasant and extremely helpful.

Nice Hotel, well located.... close to Champs Elysees. .. and good restaurants. .. nice rooms ...a little bit overpriced (ok...this is Paris....everything is expensive)

The hotel was under contruction. It boders me and family a lot! The hotel should advise the guests, before their check in.

Great location, building under major refurbishment

Staff were kind. They upgraded me to compensate I guess to the unexpected AC malfunctions. The hotel is under a lot of refurbishment and work. Felt like a construction site. Odd to do it at peak season. I would possibly consider coming back after all issues are fixed by the end of this year I was told.

Expensive- but worth it

Stayed for the Fete de la Musique weekend. Room 333 was very comfortable, with a good sofa and armchair. Separate toilet would not suit everyone. Concierge and front desk staff very helpful. Some guests upset by scaffolding and refurbishment, but these didn't affect us. Breakfast expensive (€34) but good, especially if you are able to get a table on the terrace.

really well placed comfortable hotel

Pros: situation ideal
Cons: minor refurbishment of bathroom
Location: lots nearby from small boutiques to designer shopping, but equally near the river and metro
good, apart from the shower over the bath , when the screen leaked. After some discussion they changed us to another room. they gave up a better room at no extra charge

horrible bathroom

Pros: personel
Cons: Expedia sold the hotel like a 5 stars, when is a 4 stars
Location: is good
positive findings good personel,bad news the bath look horrible, the window near the shower, look like have termite, my phone was not working for 2 days, the first day my wake up call was not in place the reazon, they claim the phone was bussy, when the phone was out of orders
