great locationPosted Jun 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location, comfy bed, small room and needs updating. Would stay again but do not recommend the overpriced continental breakfast

Pros: The balcony. The staff. Studio Hotel owners, you guys are lucky that your staff are so nice.
Cons: The whole building. I did notice there were a whole lot of tiles sitting outside of all the rooms, but I think they were for the lumpy carpet.
Location: Location was ok. Only half hour walk from the Eiffel Tower and about a 45 minute walk from the road / street markets.
I could not believer the condition of the bathroom. Tiles were off the wall, the toilet was so close to the shower, that you had to step over the toilet to get in to the shower. If you were anything over 80 kilos and over 6feet, you had not hope of having a decent shower. The cubicle was soooooooooooo small and so cramped. The whole bathroom gave me the heebie jeebies to say the least. I felt yukked. My husband tool one look at the eating area, and said, there is no way I am eating in there. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room, no fridge, no nothing. Only a bed. The balcony was cute. When we go back to Paris, we definitely will not be staying at this hotel ever again. All in all I would have to say, that this hotel needs only one thing to happen to it. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt to standards.

Close to Subway StationPosted Apr 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was very rough and I would recommend it only if you're using it to sleep. The only positive was its location. It is right around the corner from the subway stop, which will take you anywhere around Paris. As for the hotel, the closet consisted of a clothes rack in the middle of the room with about 5 different hangers. The bathroom was a bit dirty with the shower door not closing all the way making for a very inconvenient shower experience. The elevator to the top floors is so small that my sister and myself had to take two trips to get to our room with our luggage. Breakfast was included for an extra fee per person. Wifi could only be used in a communal room located by the check in desk. Also if you're in a rush to check out, that is when you have to pay for your room, so plan accordingly for the extra time it takes to pay. For us, who spent most of our days sightseeing and just used the hotel to sleep, it was alright. Like I said it was very close to the metro and the staff was very friendly. If you're looking for a cheap alternative, then this hotel may be for you.

Near Perfect stay!Posted Apr 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
Except the bath room is so tiny that one can barely stand (can't bend down), all others are perfect!!!!! MUST DO: Try their breakfast, best crossant I ever had! SUPERB.

Ok for a night or two.Posted Nov 2, 2013
Pros: Price, newer memory foam bed matress
Cons: redo the messy tiling job and black mould in the bathroom
Location: market, resturants, cafes and Monparnasse is not too far away.
This could be a real gem but for the dilapitated condition of the toilet / shower facilties. It was just slapped together by someone not qualifed to do tiling work etc. A real mess of a job. The price is good and the area is not bad but being near the Metro stop there is a lot of late night drunks and crazies yelling into the early hours of the mornings.

Total divePosted May 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is right outside a metro station. That is the only positive thi I have to say. The rooms were so tiny, you could barely get from the bed to the door. There is a lift that only goes to the 5th floor. Anything above that and you're taki the stairs. And the lift might hold one person and their suitcase. If you're tiny. The bed was super uncomfortable. True, the hotel is cheap, but in retrospect I would have paid a little more for a better place.
