This was our third stay at this hotelPosted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Comfortable and clean rooms. Convenient shuttle to the airport or the shopping center nearby.
Cons: Breakfast was a little slow to get refilled, we had to wait 15 before getting most of the items.
Location: Great shopping center, Aeroville, nearby for those who have time to spare before a flight!...
This is a very well priced and located hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed one night before our return to the US. This was our third stay at this exact hotel, two adults and two teenage kids.

CDG空港に近くて安いホテル。Posted Jul 29, 2015

Excellent hotel, close to the airport!!Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: The location and the easy access to the airport. The shuttles were also a great feature.
Cons: I felt that the breakfast was over priced. Also it would be nice to have a coffee vending machine in the lobby.
Location: The great little town of Roissy-en-France has many excellent restaurants, a great bakery, a beautiful park and a very helpful tourist center.
We enjoyed the town of Roissy-en-France and the Suite Novotel was a great choice for us to relax and prepare for our return flight to Canada after spending a month touring France and Switzerland. The hotel was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. Amazingly, while being so close to the airport, we could not hear the planes when we were in our room with the windows closed! There is a free shuttle to and from the airport and to the local shopping center and also a very inexpensive shuttle into Paris and back. We recommend this hotel to anyone!

Reasonably rated hotelPosted Jul 26, 2015
Very basic breakfast and staff need more training. Some staff need lot of training on customer services and one or two of them are not very help specially would like to speak English and if your not a white person then you may not always treated the same way.

The perfect last night in FrancePosted Jul 23, 2015
Clean modern rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast buffet, nearby restaurants for dinner.... We were concerned that we wouldn't get any sleep being so close to the airport but the room was sound proof and we slept like babies!

Stay near airportPosted Jul 22, 2015
The hotel is ok in a very small town. The bathrooms in the room are pre-fab...like a cruise ship! I slipped on the sleek ground. There are other choices in the area..

Nice family hotel close to the airport.Posted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: It was convenient, clean and well priced.
Cons: I'm not sure of the safety of the surrounding area.
Location: We used the chamber map to explore nearby restaurants and stores, most were not open. Bullet casings in the street in front of the municipal pool.
The suite was very comfortable for a family of 4. The breakfast offered good variety and was reasonably priced.

Great Location but unfriendly staffPosted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: Location, size of rooms, shuttle service to CDG
Cons: Staff is terribly unfriendly . No restaurant on site.
Location: Nearby town is quaint and is a few minutes away on foot.
The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious, and the location was convenient. We were across the street from a tourism center as well as a small park with a playground. Great place to stay with small children. Separate shower and tub was a huge plus and the water pressure on the shower head was a nice treat after a long day of walking around town. The small village of Roissy was only a few minutes away, on foot, through the park. There were restaurants and a few shops and most seemed to be friendly. Here is where we felt disappointed. The staff at the hotel were extremely rude. after checking in, our family was tired and hungry. We asked for some guidance for nearby places to eat and they seemed so bothered by it.. we were handed a map and a shuttle schedule to the local mall. She simply said "you can find a McDonald's there". The next day, i asked about traveling into Paris to visit some sites. A different desk staff was there. She was even worse! She said, take the train. its very easy. I politely smiled and asked for more help since the map was tough to read and she just said " look and find what you want and go there!" Wow. That was the last time we said anything to anyone there. In conclusion, we loved the hotel, just not the staff.
