Nice Hotel for all activities in ParisPosted Apr 15, 2014
Westin Hotel Paris is in such a nice location for everything in Paris. I was on a business trip to conference, and the hotel was chosen by the organizers. It turned out the choice is good. It is next to the Jardin de Tuileries so you can take a walk or jogging along the river. Then Louvre is not far, so as Opera and Lafayette. Cross the river you will be at the Orsay , you can go in or you can take RER C there for Versailles. Then Eiffel can be seen from the Jardin and you can actually walk to Arc de Triomphe. In case you come from CDG, you can take Roissybus and arrive the hotel by walking about 1km.

Nice hotel close to many attractions and calmPosted Apr 10, 2014
I was there for a business meeting. The staff was friendly but I was disappointed because the bar didn't have the sports channel for the Europeans champions league football semi finals

The perfect luxury hotelPosted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: They really have their act together! They actually anticipate your needs.
Location: Within waking distance of the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Centre Pompidou, Tuileries Gardens, lower Champs Élysées and many good restaurants.
The Westin has a superb staff and fine location. The concierge desk handled every request promptly with just the right degree of friendliness. Our standard room was fine - adequate space, nicely appointed. The room rate in a four-night package was a bit pricey, but well worth it.

Great location for first time visits to ParisPosted Apr 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Close to all the must see attractions. Hotel food prices were very high but there are good options nearby. Free WiFi service was only available in the lobby, or for 1 hour per day in the room.

Comfortable and close to attractionsPosted Apr 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Pretty much all main Paris attractions are "walkable" from this hotel even with a child. Food in the hotel is a bit expensive but it's that way everywhere in Paris essentially. We really enjoyed walking over to the park each day as it's right across the street. I'd stay at this hotel again.

Nice Hotel Next to the Tuileries GardenPosted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: Room with an Eiffel Tower View.
Cons: Size of the room was small.
Location: Close proximity to the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Tuileries, Champs Elysees.
Hotel was set in a great location and their buffet breakfast was excellent. Very friendly hotel staff eager to help you get around easily. Close to subway, Tuileries Garden, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre and manly restaurants and cafes. A short walk to Champ Elysees crossing many high end boutiques for fashion and swiss watches.

Great locationPosted Mar 25, 2014
Pros: The location and staff.
Cons: the Wi-Fi should be replaced.
Location: If you get a chance, check out the tapas restaurant behind the hotel.
We enjoyed our four day stay at the hotel. The Good: The location is fabulous within walking distance of the Louvre, Musee d'Orsey and other notable sites. Access to the RER and Metro was easy. We stayed during the first days of Spring and the gardens across the street seemed to change with every passing hour. The food and service in the hotel restaurant was very good and the consierge staff was very helpful and attentive. The Not-So-Good: The room was not as nice as the photograph on the website. On arriving we were told that the hotel was overbooked and the room we booked through Expedia was not available. We were given a "comparable" room, which was clean and generally comfortable. The window opened into an interior courtyard, which gave no view other than of similar windows with no views. The room was too warm and changes to the thermostat had no effect. The Wi-Fi speed was terrible and expensive. Despite the less positive items, we will likely stay at the hotel again as the location and staff made up for any shortcomings.
