I woke up in the middle of the night to the ceiling dripping with toilet water. I addressed this with the front desk and they did nothing to solve the issue for me.

Too much noise at night from trains passing by near hotel. However, the ear plugs are ready Bon each room for this purpose. The staff is great . I found the breakfast a bit pricey. All in all, it was good !

it was like sleeping on a railway line - the very close railway line going until late and starting early made sleeping almost impossible - not great for the business traveller who needs to work the next day

It terms of location if you can handle the smell, then you’ll be fine less then 5 minutes to the main station. The staff were rude and unapologetic to mistakes made on there behalf. The room wasn’t clean( have to he bed bug bites to prove it ) and for the price your paying not worth it,

Noisy and sketchy location
Single room, approximately 2 meters (6-ish feet) wide. Overall, very loud room overlooking active train yard. Room had earplugs provided, and window did not seal. The floor was slanted toward the head of the bed, so I had to “reverse” the bed sheets and pillow to keep from having headaches. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and AC was cold.

Scary location!!
The neighborhood is very dodgy. Did not feel safe. Hotel room extremely small which is ok, but way overpriced. Good Air conditioning is about the only good thing I can say about the room.

It is a nice hotel; GREAT staff! It was our first time in France. The hotel is near several stations, but not near “tourist attractions”.

I like this property a lot. Stayed with family for 3 nights. Rooms were perfect for my group. Location was great near Gare de Nord. Area around the hotel felt safe but a bit shady with a few homeless people. Overall we liked it and would stay again.

Very good location so close to the train station but also get the noise of the trains from your room. Rooms are very small but suitable for use of a city break as you don’t need a lot of space anyway. Carpets were dirty in our room and service was a bit rubbish when we first checked in but other members of staff were great and very helpful.

It was a last minute booking on my part due to a cancellation. However, once we got to the property we were greeted very averagely at check in. The first morning we were greeted by trains starting at 6 o’clock which the property did not dull the sound at all. However there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom which on the last day we figured was black mould which had seemingly been painted over which the smell was overwhelming and with a tiny shower with a pipe that burnt my elbow also another negative. The one thing that saved the property for me even a tiny bit was the cleaner. The cleaner was so kind and nice, and I found a bottle of wine on my bed and chocolates for Easter however on the last day the lady was different and I was very sad as I would’ve loved to tip her because the care to service was unbelievable. Other than that, I would never stay here again as for the price I paid was absolutely atrocious. (There are more negatives sadly, however it’s not even worth the time to go into).

Gem just around the corner from the Gare du Nord
Lovely staff, immaculate room, a kettle so I could always make tea, a comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower! Perfect for a short getaway and amazing bag store services for our last day

Stop-over from Gare du Nord
Bedroom was very small. Could only just fit the double bed. The shower was also very small. Although, if you are looking for a simple stay over from Paris Train station then this is more than adequate.

Decent but thats it
There was a strong sewage smell in the room. The reception gave us a fan which didnt really help. As we were facing the street, we heard the trains distinctly from 5am on. The room was very compact, there was one mug for 2 people staying. When we asked for glasses, the reception asked for them to be returned quickly (not the next morning). Beside this, the bedding was good and the room convenient with a kettle and several plugs. The staff was nice too. There are way better 3 stars hotels for the same price in Paris.

Bra läge i närheten av tågstationerna
Även om hotellet låg nära järnvägen så var det inte direkt störande. I övrigt bra läge till stationerna Nord och Est där man enkelt kan åka vidare med olika tåg. Nära till kanalen, trevligt område.

Ystävällinen palvelu. Aamiainen ok. Huoneessa siistiä, mutta maalit rapisivat katonrajasta, ja huone oli hyvin meluisa, koska junakiskot olivat suoraan ikkunan alla. Muutenkaan äänieristys ei ollut hyvä. Sijainti kätevä junamatkustajille. Pimeällä kuitenkin jopa vähän pelottavaa aluetta, ainakin hotellilta pohjoiseen.

Het is een schoon en netjes Hotel. Wel wat kleine kamer en klein bed . En de treinen in de ochtend hoor je wel , maar dat weet je als je dicht bij het spoor zit! Verder een prima plek

Me encanto el trato que tuvieron con nosotros, siempre muy atentos. La terraza es preciosa y la habitacion estaba impecable. No hay tanto ruido como dicen y encima te dan tapones de oido por si acaso.

I didnt receive a key (access card) for my room as they said their system was not working. I had to ask everytime someone on the reception desk to go with me to open the door of my room! This is unacceptable!

Ok pour court séjour
Hotel refait à neuf, mais chambres un peu petites. Bonne situation avec différentes lignes de métro à proximité. Seul bémol la caution de 50€ à verser en arrivant qui est débloquée au moment du départ, pourquoi demander une caution si aucun état des lieux n’est fait avec le client lors du départ ? Il faudrait informer le client de cette caution avant la réservation car elle n’est indiquée nulle part
