Lovely, quirky hotel. Basic but comfortable.Posted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: Everything - it was just what we wanted for a busy long weekend for a first visit to Paris.
Cons: Love it just as it is - don't change a thing.
Location: Just off the Rue du Rivoli. Close to metro but nicer to walk - within easy reach of the Seine, Louvre and soon to be finished Forum des Halles.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget who just needs a comfortable place to rest. Set in an old French building looking out on a classic street. Friendly staff were helpful at all times. Simple but nice buffet breakfast available. Room again simple with old features - high ceilings and windows open onto street. Very comfortable and clean and fresh.

Nice hotel in a good neighbourhood.Posted Oct 7, 2013
The hotel was fine. The room a little dated and the bathroom could do with a facelift but overall it was fine!! Nice location. Nice easy walk to the Le Marais the Louve and Musee d'Orsay. Friendly hotel staff too!!

Very small room, you cannot move inside the room.Posted Sep 30, 2013
Cons: See above
We got such a small room that we could not even move inside the room. The beds were not wider than a casket, I could easily fall to the floor. Not at all like in the pictures. The shower walls were wide dirty with black slum and dirt.

Thought the hotel was old and worn out and poorly decorated. The bed was terrible and my back hurt each morning. Would never stay there again.

Small hotel close to the Louvre.Posted Aug 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was adequate. The rooms are spacious with large windows that open but the beds are not great. The elevators are TINY only holding two people. Doubt that someone with true claustrophobia could use them. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Don't confuse this hotel with the Hyatt Hotel Du Louvre (as our cab did). They are completely different. Quiet street within reasonable walking distance of the Seine, the Louvre, about 2.5 blocks from Pont Neuf bridge and subway stop. Has a nice bar lounge.
