Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Posted Apr 23, 2015

Quiet, Charming Hotel

Posted Apr 16, 2015
I stayed at Villa Beaumarchais for seven nights--April 4 through April 11, 2015 and I was happy I had chosen this boutique hotel. The wall décor in the lobby and breakfast room is made up of hunting themes, and the tiles in this area are beautiful with an antique look. My room was attractive and comfortable and quiet, and the bathroom was clean and bright. The breakfast buffet in the courtyard was delicious, and the palms in the center of the restaurant are lovely and add a dimension of luxury. When I return to Paris, I will book the Villa Beaumarchais again. Great location, too.

Ruhiges Hotel

Posted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Ruhige Lage, große Zimmer
Location: Lage zwischen Bastille und Republique. Essengehen, Bars, Shopping.

Lovely hotel in the middle of Marais area

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: It is a renovated old hunting lodge from the 1800's and is right on the edge of the old quarter of the Marais district.
Location: Picasso museum, St. Paul neighborhood, three old churches, wonderful food shops, boutiques and unique businesses.
Second time we have stayed here and love the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms lovely, the bathroom roomy. Location is right in the Marais area in a lovely neighborhood. In between two metro stops, so easy access to all of Paris. Hint: upgrade to superior room for a room the size of a small US hotel room. Otherwise, two people can not stand in the room at the same time.

Great value for the money.

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: Very quiet.
Cons: The hotel could use a bit of refurbishing. But then they could probably double their price.
Location: Great location. Right between to Metro stations.
We spent 5 nights while in Paris and it is in a nice area of town. The hotel is within 6-7 blocks of a lot of decent restaurants.

Hôtel silencieux et très bien situé

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: Le calme

Good location

Posted Jan 29, 2015
This is a great hotel for walking around the marais and towards the Pompidou centre. It's very near the metro and a great location for the city centre but located on a very quite street so our stay was very quiet. The breakfast was expensive at 15€ and was nothing to write home about. There seems to be very little staff around so room service was very slow. The double room itself was small and clean. Tv had only couple of English speaking news channels but bed was very comfortable. Bathroom could do with a revamp but clean and lots of hot water. Overall we had a pleasant stay but hotel decor generally could do with an update

Very central for Paris but very quiet

Posted Jan 18, 2015
Pros: The hotel is very central. It's very quiet and very old-world in its decor. Corridors have dark red wallpapers.
Cons: It needs more buzz about it. The bar area was quite remote and very quiet.
Location: It's a great location. It's near to lots of wonderful sights, including Notre Dame, The Bastille, Place de Republique, the Seine, museums, galleries.
The hotel is on a very quiet side street off the Boulevard Beaumarchais, which directly links the Place de Bastille with the Place de Republique. It's only a 350m walk to Notre Dame. The area immediartely around it however is very quiet. The hotel is a good base from which to visit key sights in Paris.
