This was a fantastic place to stay! Very close to Luxembourg station for our train ride from the airport. Perfect location for strolling to a corner cafe or walking to the iconic Paris sites. Very safe and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. A couple of things to note, they expect you to leave your key at the front desk when going out and the individual room temperature is not adjustable.

Hotel was not as nice as other four star hotels in the area. Front staff was very kind and courteous though. The hôtel is next to a school so it’s a bit noisy in the mornings.

They didn’t even try to give any of VIP perks. We’ve check on the web the day after, the room that we’re supposed to get upgarded to was still available but they said it wasn’t. disappointed big time!

Loved the location and we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful! Always made sure we knew where we were going, gave excellent recommendations for dinner, and ensured we were set with our rides. We had the double twin bed room for 2 people and it was perfect. We both agreed we would stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights and in general our stay was pleasant. The room was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed. However, the bathroom had some areas near the tub and around toilet that looked like mold. The air in the room was a bit stuffy as well and the difference was pretty noticeable when we came inside the room from the outside. I am not sure if other rooms had the same issue so maybe it was just our room. Overall, the location is great and hotel is tucked away from the busy streets nearby so you can be sure you will get a good night sleep as there were barely any noise pollution that we experienced during our stay.

Nice spot to stay with lovely interior hotel
Parisian hotels are often small affairs without much space but our bedroom was spacious relatively speaking and the decor was really attractive, pleasant and cozy. The bed was comfortable and we had two windows looking out onto rue Madame. Our breakfasts were fine with good service and plenty of options. The entry way sitting area and front sitting room is very nice and cozy. The desk clerk was especially helpful with our questions which revolved around commuting south of Paris to a suburb on the train. I'm inclined to want to stay at Villa Madame my next time.

Rooms are clean and are well decorated. The staff were helpful and polite. Plenty of shops, cafe’s and restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe and welcoming. We would stay here again.

The bathroom was nice the bedding was nice. The room has too much stuff in it. Tables, chairs, etc. I didn't like that I had to turn my key in everyone I left the hotel.

The hotel is actually very good which is better than my expectation. But I was unhappy that they charged me additional €21 per night for the "sofa bed" when I checked out on the last day which had surprised me. As my under standing, I would be only charged for rollover bed but not sofa bed. They said that I just paid for the additional kid through Expedia but not the sofa bed. We've lived in 6 hotels in this trip and booked 4 hotels through Expedia, and I had also booked other hotels via Expedia for other trips before, only this hotel charged me extra for the sofa bed. Is there any way I can get my money back?

Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location with cafes, shops and transport close by. The hotel was in perfect condition, very clean, very comfortable and extremely well maintained. Reception staff were always very helpful. Would definitely recommend and also likely to return.

I researched extensively to find a hotel for my trip to Paris. I was specifically looking in Saint Germain for a hotel room with two beds, a standup shower, and adequate air conditioning. Villa Madame checked all the boxes and more. From the moment we walked in the concierge was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was amazing. It was surprisingly large with a full sitting area, an entryway, two twin beds, a clean modern bathroom, and two full size windows, which let in ample light and opened for fresh air. The beds, pillows, and bedding were one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The hotel breakfast was a typical French breakfast and delightful. The waiter greeted us with a smile each morning as we enjoyed our meal, he was so friendly and genuine. The entire staff was courteous and kind. The location is central to everything within walkable distance to many attractions, plus within a few blocks of two metro lines, which connected us with the rest of the city. The aesthetic of the hotel is so beautiful with a sitting area and a courtyard in the back. I highly recommend Villa Madame, my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We will be back!
