I stayed at this hotel to participate in the Paris Marathon. The staff was very friendly- helpful with directions, restaurants, etc. I needed to eat early the day of the marathon - and was able to get breakfast served to room @ 5:00 AM!

Great little hotel with all neededPosted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: The breakfast, cozy little rooms and friendly staff.
Location: The hotel was just a 10 minute walk away from a shopping center called Les Quatres Temps and the metro/ RER station. Quiet and safe business district.
We stayed at the hotel over the weekend and enjoyed the great service, tasty French breakfast and amazingly friendly staff.

Hotel VivaldiPosted Feb 13, 2014
Pros: The location, the staff, cleanliness of the room, free wifi, free phone calls, breakfast.
Cons: If you put anything in the safe, it got warm from the heat off the minibar situated below. I didn't put my ipad in it in case it got damaged.
Location: We ate out in the Italian restaurants nearby, the best were the Fountain Trevi, and Chez Giovanni, good food at reasonable prices, and friendly staff.
We have stayed at this hotel before, and liked it so much we went back again this trip. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to everyone. It is in a nice quiet area, only a 5-10 min walk to the nearest metro, Esplanade De La Defense, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are small, but you have everything you need, it was clean, and the staff are terrific. Nothing is too much trouble, and they speak English, French, Spanish and German. The breakfast is lovely, a nice continental breakfast, I liked how they serve warm milk for your coffee as well.

Excellent staff, nicely situated, very comfortablePosted Jan 5, 2014
Pros: The staff and location were good.
Cons: Tea/coffee making facilities for when we got in late.
Location: Plenty of places to eat and a supermarket at the end of the street to pick up larger bottles of water for the night.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and decorated just as it shows on the website. The metro station was easy to get to and we felt safe in the area throughout our stay, including coming back in after midnight. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and we appreciated the breakfast being brought to our room when we needed an early start. Our room was quiet and warm.

Excellent hotelPosted Dec 17, 2013
I have travelled all over the world, and this hotel is the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful. And the only issue we had was the towel heater didn't work properly. But I would still highly recommend Vivaldi hotel.

Third stayPosted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: Breakfast, free calls and WIFI and staff.
Cons: Happy with all areas.
Another great stay. Great location at la defense. Short Metro trip to the centre of Paris. As always the staff are always eager to help and the breakfast is a welcome addition with the best bread ever. Free phone calls back to the UK with free WIFI as well. We will be back again as we like Puteaux.

Service is good but the rest is averagePosted Oct 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
Brought it on a discount deal..but seems that should have been the actual price. The staff was very nice but room was very small and should add more options to breakfast. Next time i might opt for some other hotel.

Friendly family feelPosted Oct 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had to make a booking very late so received a small room but it was very clean and adequate for our needs. It was quiet with a large window looking over the terrace. The moment we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff and this continued until the time we left. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the city and the surrounding streets have a village feel which we enjoyed very much. We will always have happy memòries of the Vivaldi as it brought us luck as, the day after staying our horse won the Group 1 Prix de l'Abbaye de Longchamp.. Many thanks to all the staff for a most enjoyable stay and we would love to return to the Vivaldi.
