"Great spot - centrally located - exceptional experience."
This hotel went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. We were here in July, their off-season, yet I would anticipate the same attentiveness during the ski season. Be prepared - because this hotel is in town, some rooms have decks that view other hotels which are very close to you. If you want the mountain ambiance, you are better served in a condo. But if attentiveness and convenience are important to you, you are in the heart of town and in walking distance to the town ski lift. We will return to the Sky Lodge.

"Perfect location to Main Street"
If you're looking for a clean, decent size space on Main Street, this is it. While it's not full service, the space is fairly modern and you can't beat the location. It's nice to have 24-hr access to laundry (no quarters needed) and housekeeping is dependable. I've been visiting Park Citynfor awhile and have stayed at other spots on Main Street and in North PC and Kimball -- hands down, if you can afford to stay on Main Street, do. It's so convenient to be able to just step outside and you're able to access restaurants, shops, bars.

"Non skiiers need not apply"
Excellent mountain access with amenities that include ski valet and boot fittings in your room, should you be renting boots. At times the line to the jacuzzi resembled the Grotto at Lourdes but it was great fun with easy access via hotel shuttle to all nearby ski resorts. The open kitchen for all one bedroom rooms on up is excellent, although you need to do your shopping down the road to provision it properly. The bathrooms are well appointed and can be lavish in some of the rooms available.

"Ideal economical base for skiing"
Rooms clean and comfortable but basic. Attractive reception/lounge with free wifi. Helpful staff put your skiis away and load them onto the bus next morning. Ski hire available in the hotel. Good buffet breakfast, I didnt have dinner in the hotel so can't comment, bar not lively while I was there. Indoor pool a little chilly in March but bearable and children of other guests seemed very happy, hot tub more popular and thus crowded at times. Overall this feels like a 3-star hotel with with 4-star facilities but I thought it very good value for money. Excellent free transport links for skiing. All three local ski areas easily accessible - Canyons probably has most advanced/off piste skiing but basic facilities, Deer Valley and Park City still of interest and Deer Valley very swish.

"NIce/Clean and comfy"
We reserved a room for one night for our anniversary. The room was everything we wanted for our special night. It was clean, well kept and nicely decorated. It had a gas fireplace which was nice. The bathroom was bigger then expected and had a seperate shower/jetted tube. When we checked in the front desk staff asked what the special occasion was and we mentioned that it was our anniversary. When we arrived back to our room after dinner they had delivered chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling cider, robes and a very sweet note. It really capped off a great day and stay at The Silverado. Would stay again and will recommend.

"Convenient and efficient"
Bus stop is right there at the village, 100 feet away, to take you to local grocery, etc. The bus system is awesome and on time (at least not during Sundance). You can walk out and catch the bus to downtown, or Kimbell Junction (Best Buy, Whole Foods, etc). A Fresh Market is closer if groceries are needed. The lift is 100 steps away from the side door. Mr. D in the ski shop is a Park City native and runs a good show downstairs for gear hook-ups. He opens at 8 am, and the First Time lift opens at 845 am, so you can meet with him, buy your discount lift ticket from him, rent any gear you need, buy new gear, and be at the slopes when the lift opens by walking across the parking lot. He rents kids gear as well, so you can hook up your kids. If your child takes the full day ski school at the park mountain resort, then they will provide the gear needed there (including the ski jacket and pants). We had our 4 year old and it worked great. For the savings, the room was great for a smaller party. We flew in around 2:00 pm, made it to Park City via shuttle around 3:00, were checked in shortly after, and my wife did the night ski session from 4 to 8. I got to do the early morning the next day, while she enjoyed the hot tub the following morning. We spent a few days here, and enjoyed the place. It is chilled out, efficient, and the people are very courteous. They seem to be out of the pressure cooker of the "village" just 200 feet away at the very bottom of the slope.

For a first trip to Park City we thoroughly enjoyed our short visit! The hotel was very comfortable. The room was spacious, and although the decor was dated, still very comfortable and clean. The staff was professional and prompt. The amenities were perfect! We will come back next year for sure.

"Rooms are an Incredible Surprise, Fantastic Value"
Finding an affordable hotel right on Main Street lead me to expect a run down, shabby place. Treasure Mountain isn't much to look at from the outside, or in the lobby and hallways. But then you enter the room! We were blown away! Beautiful, modern, super comfortable, spotless, everything in top condition, etc. We had the studio, and it was actually spacious. The kitchen was an actual modern kitchen, not a little cubby hole with a sink. The private balconies are very large and have a complete divider on each side so you are truly private from your next-door neighbor. I recommend the rooms facing east -- better views from the balcony because they are higher up than the main building across the courtyard. I just can't say enough about what a fantastic deal this hotel is, and the wonderful surprise that you are not just paying to be on Main Street; you get a beautiful room! We will stay here every time we visit Park City, no question! The staff are very helpful, too. We were given great recommendations for places to eat, which lead to a perfect evening out.

The hotel staff was very accommodating with a surprise birthday party in a 1000 square foot suite. We had 20 guests in our room. All the facilities were superior. Valet parking was fabulous. This is a great hotel with a great spa and restaurant. I love the location. I did not know when I booked it that skiing was not open yet. Had to drive to Park City and haul ski equipment around so missed the benefit of the ski in/ski out location. Spa is very nice but expensive. Restaurant is warm and wonderful. Staff nice. Beds great!
