Close to ski areaPosted Mar 20, 2015
The hotel is really a one bedroom condo. The ski area is about two blocks away. Downtown is farther. You need a car or the bus is available. The room was well laid out with two full bathrooms, a wood burning fire place, and a mud room type area next to the front door. Good for shedding your gear and putting up your skis, poles and boots. The facility did have a hot tub and sauna. They were in the basement and were well used. The sauna was fine, but the jets in the hot tub shut down after about 2 minutes. You also had to keep moving or the motion detector lights would go out. A good experience, easy to get to and close to A Fresh Market and Sports Authority. I'd stay again

Good LocationPosted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Good value. Good location for grocery and for shuttle stops.
Cons: The bed is advertised as a King. It is really 2 twin beds pushed together. Also a very annoying stamped metal sheet used as a head board .
Location: The condo is conveniently located near grocery and shuttle stops.
Friendly staff at check in. No major issues during our stay.

Very poor hotelPosted Feb 5, 2015
Cons: Lots needed to improve. Full renovation starting with removing all of the carpets that smell as old as they look.
Location: Location was ok, not perfect.
It was not a problem that this was an old apartment but it was a problem that it was dirty and the smell throughout the whole building was terrible. Apartment cleanliness was poor. Location was ok in that it was a 200yard walk to the bus station to ride the bus to the mountain. Would not recommend at all, we left 1 night early to get away.

Great condo,great location,not so great amenitiesPosted Jan 22, 2015 on Hotels.com
The condo was great! But the rest of our experience was not great. The check in is off site. There was no mention of that by Hotels.com. The foyer area of hotel smelled old and needs help. The sauna was cold. The hot tub was working but cold. The area was great and close to Park City Mtn resort.

Good location, but a tad run downPosted Jan 7, 2015
Cons: Cleanliness (try washing the windows for example :-P)
As the headline says, the place could benefit from a renovation, I was not unhappy but will only call the place adequate for the price paid, I will pick another place next time areound!

most horrible bed and terrible servicePosted Oct 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked the copper bottom for my honeymoon and we ended up sleeping on the floor and couch. There where springs coming through the mattress. When we talked to service they said they were sorry and that they would fix it after we left. When we did leave I asked for a refund or discount because the bed was so bad and they laughed at me! I will NEVER stay here again and unless you like the floor you shouldn't ether. Horrible.

DisappointingPosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: It had a kitchen.
Cons: Service ... any would be nice.
Location: Loved the area. Hiking, biking and the olympic center.
Unfortunately, we did not have a very good experience here. There is no air conditioning which we were not informed of so we had to run fans but there was construction under our room and a bus stop so the noise was terrible. We didn't even want to be in our room it was so uncomfortable. Then we had reserved a room for four people but we didn't fit. When you try and contact the staff they are unreachable. They do not answer the phone. When we finally got thru they would not do anything to accommodate us.

Not A Summer LocationPosted Aug 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very unclear directions for the location of the keys and rental office. The after-hours person, did not have a grasp on the difference between the condo location, and the rental office (for the keys). NO AIR CONDITIONING, second floor unit was >80 degrees the entire time. Very dark rooms, with limited functional lighting. Cooking pans did not fit the oven. Insufficient parking one of the nights, as locals were holding a shower in the limited lobby space. Very awkward, having to essentially crash the party, to get to the elevator.

Industrial area...Posted Aug 11, 2014
The condo was in an industrial area, on a corner, on top of a bike shop parking lot. Not exactly ideal or very quaint. It was very hot and stuffy and there were no fans nor would the windows open. Again, not exactly ideal when it's as hot there as it was. Being that it sits on top of a parking lot of a bike shop that opens very early, sleeping in is not possible either. Definitely would not recommend.
