Very nice hotel/condo in downtown Park CityPosted Sep 21, 2014
Very nice, large, clean hotel/condo right in historic downtown Park City. Rooms are large with high ceilings. Staff was awesome. Pool and hot tubs are little bit of a walk but very nice. Also has basketball court, air hockey, ping pong, and shuffleboard. Nice parking garage.

Has potential, but mostly just eh...Posted Aug 18, 2014
Cons: Pretty much every aspect of this hotel needs improvement, starting with the staff who needs to be re-educated in customer service.
Location: Tons of restaurants, shopping, etc near to the hotel.
Outside of the fact that it seems to cater to kids with the activities, and the fact that it's pretty centrally located so it's close to everything, this hotel was not great. It started out on a pretty bad note when we arrived at 3:50 (check in is at 4:00) and we were told that the room wouldn't be ready for another 20-25 minutes, but they would call us when it was ready. 45-50 minutes went by, no phone call... The best part is we were in our friends room across from ours so we know exactly when the room was done being cleaned (which, by the way, wasn't that clean, stains/?? in the bathtub). When we decided we didn't want to wait anymore for the phone call and went down to the desk, the person at the desk (I think his name was Leon) was actually quite rude to us, and just said well sometimes these things take longer than the check in time. We also had called and asked for a late check out which was never noted for us, and when we questioned him about it, he was rude about that as well. Not a great stay.

I love the location of this hotel. We went to Park City for the Kimball Arts Festival and it was great to be able to just walk to Main Street.

Great location for access to downtown Park City.Posted Jun 30, 2014
We stayed in a very spacious one bedroom King Suite. Room was very comfortable well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. Proximity to downtown PArk City was perfect. Pretty much walk out the door and you are at one end of the downtown area.

Nice, but overpriced.Posted Jun 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
It is a nice hotel. The desk person did not properly explain how to get to the room, so it took us a while to find it. We even met up with another guest who was confused...nicey appointed rooms, but thin walls,so kind of noisy. It is overpriced because the location is excellent for anyone wanting to visit Park City Main Street.

just ok with front desk staffPosted Jun 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
alarms went off at 1 am, for about an hour, understand that the idiot who set it off and the subsequent police visit is not the fault of Marriott, but some kind of compensation could have been done (free breakfast...) for those who were then up all nite

Nice hotel, staff not very helpfulPosted Jun 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
Went for a Saturday and Sunday night with friends. Two couples had connected suite rooms and across the hall another couple had their suite, at the northernmost building in the complex. My room (same suite type) was the furthest room away in the southern building. I asked upon checkin (we all checked in at same time) for a room closer to others. Was told hotel completely booked and they couldn't move me. THE PLACE WAS ALMOST DESERTED THE TWO DAYS WE WERE THERE! Any time I wanted to join friends for socializing they had to come down and let me in since my key card couldn't access their building. I never saw more than a handful of people the whole weekend at the hotel. Because we checked in exactly at 4 pm when listed I'm sure there were other rooms they could have moved me to but wouldn't. Reflects poorly on an otherwise good property.

Great Park City LocationPosted May 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location, nice room, convenient parking, quiet, lowest price for the superb location...overall excellent. The only negative is that the pictures online show a full kitchen in the "studio" room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. We went there with our food and found the room only had a small refrigerator and sink...no oven or bakeware. Luckily we were able to use the BBQ grills by the pool to cook our dinner. If you want to stay right on Main Street within walking distance to shops, restaurants/bars, and ski lifts, then this is a great place to stay.

Great room and locationPosted May 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location right at the bottom of Main Street. The room itself was impressive and a pleasure to spend time in.
