I really liked staying at this hotel that we went back after traveling for a day to stay here again. The rooms were so cute and almost apartment like. Places to eat in walking distance and shops!

We stayed in a hot tub suite and it was so nice! Beautiful view. The hot tub balconies are on the shopping plaza side of the hotel so not very private but we loved it. Had a fridge/freezer and kitchen plus a nice big bed and heated tiles in the bathroom with a huge tub and shower. Will definitely be booking again!

We loved how convenient everything was at Newpark. We stayed in a 4th floor 2 bedroom suite in the hotel with a hot tub on our balcony that overlooked the mountains. We could walk to several good restaurants and a coffee shop easily. There was a shuttle to a bus, easy parking and Ubers were plentiful and easy to get to park city or anywhere else. We stayed for a week and had a washer and dryer in our unit as well as a kitchenette with microwave/ convection oven, dishwater pots pans dishes etc. and a gas fireplace in each room. The grocery store was nearby. Ski resorts were easy to get to from this location and the resort had free heated lockers available for our equipment. We had a great week and would definitely return. Everyone that worked there was friendly and the resort was a bargain for what they had to offer.

We love the Newpark. It’s a great location with quick dining options and amenities for kids like a pool and bath tubs in the rooms. Highly recommend for families.

Fantastic indoor/outdoor pool, saunas and hot tubs.The fireplace made things cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. Overall great stay!

Second time staying here. Wonderful as always. Our hot tub had some dirt collected in the bottom (not a big deal) and it smelled very musty (a bigger deal). Was looking forward to soaking after a long day on the slopes but couldn’t.

We liked the property's location as we explored more than the ski resort in the area. It was centrally located and convenient to everything: food, shopping, and experiences. We utilized the pool, gym, and hot tub. There were always plenty of towels available and the area was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The smoke detector in our room needed a new battery and was changed by maintenance in less than 10 minutes. We would choose Newpark Resort again if we were ever in the area.

I did not give it a full 5 stars because my last night and morning there. The night prior to my departure, someone checked in after midnight and they happened to be in the adjoining room next to mine. I rapidly discovered there was only a thin wood non-insulated door between us. I could hear their entire conversation (not a quiet one) and see the light coming in from around the door. For such a nice hotel, you would think they would put an insulated door between adjoining rooms and a little weather-stripping to prevent light from beaming through the cracks around the door. The morning of departure, I enjoyed (not) a rather cool shower and only tepid water in my room from the hot taps. The last item is that it would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room. Barring these unfortunate items, the hotel is otherwise top notch.

If you get the Mountain View be sure to call early and ask for a 4th floor room or else you will have buildings in the way of your view from the 3rd or 2nd floor. The rooms are slightly outdated but the service of the front desk was amazing and we were moved to a room with a better view upon request.

I rarely write reviews but have to for the Newpark Resort. We had one of the townhomes, and you can’t beat the convenience, spaciousness and QUIET. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, quickly following up on any requests. Worth every penny - I would give it 6 stars if I could.

It’s alright
We booked the hotel room with a hot-tub and called the property before checking in asking them to warm it up. When we arrived unfortunately the hot-tub was cold. The room also boasted Mountain View’s but the hotel is centered in the middle of apartments and a shopping center. Hotel was clean and staff was nice but overall it’s overpriced and not a great location.

Can’t even start to talk about how awesome this place is. Close and convenient places to eat and a surprisingly spacious place. The room is spacious and add in a hot tub. This is a great place to stay if in the Park City area
