Last minute booking

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: The pool and close to shops and restaurants
Cons: Size of our room and I forgot to tell staff that my coffee machine in room was not working.
Location: Very convenient location...loved Cafe Rio right downstairs next to hotel
This was a last minute spur of the moment booking taking advantage of a great rate on Expedia. Everything was great though the room we were put in was probably smallest room in the hotel but other than that my 1 year old daughter and I were very comfortable and happy with our room.

Awesome!

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The staff, the room and the location
Cons: Include breakfast
Location: This place is in a parking lot with food, groceries, bars and department stores. If you go during the season, the ski areas are super close.
This place exceeded every expectation! The room was spotless, all the dishes, glassware, silverware....everything, was spotless. The room was huge, the staff was super friendly and the location was great. If I had to pick 1 bad thing, it would be the lack of a dining room, but breakfast is less than 1block from the front door and was good, fast and affordable. If and when I go back to Park City, I WILL be staying at this hotel

NICE HOTEL NEAR KIMBALL JUNCTION PARK CITY AREA

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: LEED certified. The only property in Utah to claim this.
Cons: in room television kept going out a few times.
Location: Skiing, (in winter) hiking, biking, shopping and dining all over the place.
DW and I decided to escape to Park City, Utah to beat the heat of the Salt Lake Valley. We decided to give the Newpark a try. Nice hotel with a lot of amenities.

Great location but room layout was strange

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: nice loby, pool and hot tub plus sauna and stream rooms were a nice touch
Location: places to eat and shop right out your door, lots of shopping near by.
I would have liked a larger area for our group to gather, visit and eat. It sleeps a lot but was small and cramped where it counted. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms very nice. Hot tub on private deck sounds great but really only holds 2 people and offers zero privacy. For the price I paid for this room i would go else where next time.

Beautiful hotel; perfect Park City location

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Newpark is the best value in a luxury hotel for Park City - the location is a few minutes drive from the ski areas, but is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the Olympic Park. For a summer trip, its a much better place to be... all the facilities are beautiful and the pool is almost always empty!

Nice Convenient Hotel Near Shop and Eat Areas

Posted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: It is a newer hotel near many restaurants and shopping areas conveniently located right off the Kimball Junction Exit.
Cons: We had a room with a common door and we could hear everything on the other side. Cover the bathroom window to the living room. Weird.
We take a mini vacation to Park City each year to escape the heat in the valley, enjoy the outdoors and shop. We have stayed at three different hotels the past three years. The room was clean and more spacious that our previous experiences. We were comfortable and enjoyed the balcony hot tub. Issues: - Pool not kid friendly, not fun - Sound privacy is poor (this is a show stopper)

Excellent Experience

Stayed In a two bedroom two bath luxury suite with 6 of us. Lots of room, was clean and close to everything. If you like to be close to all amenities but minutes from all outdoor activities this is a great place to stay.
