Pros: The second facility was very nice it was exactly what were were expecting just wanted hot water.
Cons: The staff to make your stay enjoyable, after all isn't that why we vacaction
The manageriwas very rude, they moved us the first night, after the room was not what we were expecting, dead bolt was broke, bed was maybe a full size on a box of wooden crates, then the second place we moved to we had no hot water. we tried to call and explain but pretty much was told we were lying, we were told because we booked through expedia they could not help us.

Pros: Sehr ruhig.

Posted Mar 1, 2015 on Hotels

Pros: good parking, unlimited coat hangers and locality for shops
Cons: Needs new decor, quieter heating, showers, loos and extractor fans. Furniture is like joke stuff in disney. Bed linens were so nasty we replaced them.
Location: Thats what trip advisor is for!
Very dated and noisy. Not like the photos. Heating unbelievably noisy - comes on every 10 minutes and enough to wake you. Shower and extractor fans all just so out of date and noisy. Furniture looked like from Hansel and Gretel - seriously sad log stuff! Decor - dark and miserable. Bed linen so nasty we replaced it. The polyester sheets caused sparks in the night! Quilt felt like it was made of plastic coated in goo. Totally bin able. Good things - good parking, unlimited coat hangers and locality for shops - yes seriously that's all that was good. Management company seems efficient too and helpful.

Thank you for you positive comments about our management staff. I'm sorry to hear the condo was not up to your standards. Each condo is individually owned and furnished so we will be sure to pass these comments on to the owner. Please look into one of our premium units on your next visit which are upgraded to more modern standard. I apologize you vacation was not perfect and we would like an opportunity to improve this on your next stay. Thank you again for you feedback. Brian Bell General Manager All Seasons Resort Lodging

Ski Vacation

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed and pillows, lots of storage/closet space. Wonderful shower head with very hot water. Nice couch and pleasing decor.
Cons: The toilet flushed poorly. The mounted hair dryer only worked for a minute before it would overheat and turn off-frustrating. Can hear freeway noise.
Location: 2.5 miles from Canyons and 7 miles from Park City ski areas. Near to the Olympic training center.
Comfortable facility away from the hustle/bustle of the tourist district. Nothing glamorous but totally met my needs. It is close to large grocery stores and shopping. Easy drive to the ski resorts. A shuttle stop is at the corner, but I never took it. There is a small hot tub (it was 3 buildings away from my unit) that closed at 10 pm. My key could never open the fitness area but I was generally too tired from skiing to worry about it.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad to hear PowderWood meet you needs as was accessible to a number of locations around town. I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the fitness key. Those areas are managed by a separate company for the HOA but please contact us during you stay and we will do our best to assist you. We look forward to seeing you back with us soon. Surprise Extra Charges

Posted Jan 31, 2015
Pros: It was decent and fairly-well kept.
Cons: Management needs to provide all the information to potential clients prior to arrival. Shuttle service is needed, particularly in the evening.
Location: There are shopping outlets and areas to ski.
The Condo was nice and spacious and there were no problems with the place; however, there were some other issues. When I arrived, I was told there was an additional $150 deposit in case something got broken. There was no Wi-fi, and again, this was not revealed until check-in. Travelers should be told about the extra charge and no internet service during the booking process, prior to arrival. PowderWood Resort is quite a distance from the Sundance Festival venues and it would have been nice to have shuttle service. There was a theatre shuttle at the actual venue, but getting to and from the venue from the resort was cumbersome. Because of the large crowds, traffic is rerouted and many streets in the festival venue are blocked, so driving is not recommended. The bus ride from the resort to the festival venue is nearly an hour. At night, after the bus stopped running, it was necessary to find other means of transportation. Sometimes cabs did not want to drive that far. Getting back to PowderWood after late night shifts and after late films was precarious. Because of the surprise extra charge and the inconvenience of travel, I would recommend PowderWood as a last resort for people attending the Sundance Film Festival.

Security deposits are standard at all hotels. We only authorize your credit card to be sure that amount is available if there is damage to the condo. Your card is never actually charged unless there is damage. Normally it only takes about 10 minutes to get into Park City but Sundance Film Festival is the one exception. Traffic is unusually high during that time. Each condo is individually owned and furnished. If the owner has not set up WiFi we do provide free hot spots at the front desk for your use. I apologize for any confusion on these issues. Brian Bell General Manager All Seasons Resort Lodging

Pepperwood in the off season

Posted Oct 15, 2014 on Hotels
The room was in great shape, and had all of the amenities. The one thing it lacked was wi-fi. Management agreed to bring a hot spot over for me to use after I complained. That did somewhat make up. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was since there were quite a few kids running around before sundown. I would definitely recommend for business or pleasure.

Beautiful condo next to outlet shopping

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Came here for our honeymoon. The condo was clean, smelled fresh, and met our needs perfectly. It is located about 300ft from the outlet mall, and there is a beautiful walking trail near the condos too. A++ in our book!

Cons: Air conditioning added
Location: The condo was close to the Canyons, not far from Old Main street and also the outlet mall.
The consiree told us there was no air conditioning and no WIFI. The air conditioning was not a big deal to us but the WIFI was. She found us another condo that was an upgrade from standard to premium that had WIFI, and she transfered us to that place as complementary. It was a very nice stay.

WONDERFUL IN WINTER....summer...ok

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Nice price in summer...not sure what it is for winter rates. Close to our venue for business trip, not just a ROOM...A HOUSE/Condo
Cons: Later check-in hours with a person there.
Location: Everything is within 1 to 5 miles....Food, shopping, skiing, biking, hiking, alpine slide. Lots of fun.
This is a condo complex and it does have nice facilities, pool, tennis, close to most of all Park City. Check-in before 5:00 pm or you need a code for the safe to get your keys. The Phones were not exactly hooked up to forward to the correct person but after 20 minutes we got our keys. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING for summer stays. It's still 90 degrees in the summer. They have fans and will bring you more if you need them. Probably a GREAT PLACE for skiing, fireplace, kitchen, dining room, balcony and nice TV's. Our unit had no wi-fi, but they can fix that for you too..just ask for a hot spot...no charge either. No real maid service, you can call...we didn't need to.

Thank you for your recent feedback. We're very happy that you enjoyed your stay.We apologize that the heat during your stay was above average and hope that it did not influence your stay too greatly. Being in the mountains on average the temperatures are cooler, thus most homes/condos are not equipped with AC, however we know that this is not always the case and hope that we can accommodate when we can. We look forward to your next visit!
