No es un Hotel! Es un condominio. !
El departamento que nos entregaron estaba en planta baja con ninguna vista al exterior a pesar de haber abonado una habitación 1 bedroom deluxe. A pesar de solicitar un cambio el mismo no fue posible porque nos dijeron que estaba todo ocupado. Segunda mala impresión, el hotel no es un hotel sino que devino en un condominio (antes si era hotel segun me dijeron) conclusión no tiene servicio de mucama ni de limpieza que si uno lo quiere debe pagar aparte. Nunca esperamos eso con el precio que hemos pagado

Ojalá le dieran más mantenimiento!
El hotel está muy bien ubicado y ofrece los servicios adecuados de garage, almacenamiento del equipo de Ski, gimnasio, cercanía con las pistas. El problema es que las instalaciones están deterioradas: la cama muy incómoda, ruidos de tubería, y el servicios a las habitaciones muy limitado.

Magnífica ubicación, cerca de las pistas
Todo en general muy bien, sólo que prácticamente todo el mobiliario y aparatos de la cocina (estufa, lavavajillas, horno microondas) de la habitación eran muy antiguos. La calefacción no se podía graduar. La lavavajillas no limpiaba bien. Le falta poder tapar con cortina la ventana del techo para que no entre la luz en la mañana.

Buena Ubicación! Hotel sucio y personal muy groser
El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero la habitación tenía cabello de la estancia anterior! Ofrecen estacionamiento y es muy limitado! Cuando llegue no había lugar y pedí ayudar y me mandaban muy lejos! Le pedí ayuda a alguien y por teléfono me daba las instrucciones sin atenderme personalmente! Le pedí que bajara a enseñar y de muy mala gana fue a ayudarme! ( pague por el servicio, no me regalan nada) no me vuelvo a hospedar! Si vas a hacer snowboarding está súper ubicado! Es lo único rescatable!

Silver king hotel is a Condominium Complex and not a Hotel Type Resort. Our services are very limited as we cater to the independent traveler who wants to save money on his nightly rate and enjoy privately owned condos that have everything you need. We do not offer services that the Hotel type Resort have i.e, room service, bells service and vale. Again I want to apologize for your inconvenience and disappointment. We hope you will return!

Ideal para la familia
Las habitaciones son muy limpias y la cocina cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en casa, sólo debes llevar la comida. El hotel está muy cerca de lugares de diversión, restaurantes y muy cerca de la parada del bus que te lleva al centro de Park City (puedes ir caminando)

Hotel para estar en familia
Hay detalles como: a) no tiene Restaurant, b) a partir de las 8 pm cierran la recepción y no hay nadie para preguntar cualquier necesidad que se pueda tener. Lo recomiendo como un hotel para llegar con la familia y disfrutar del lugar donde esta ubicado, clima de montaña y actividades al aire libre.

El Hotel bastante bien, solo que el colchón del sofa cama estaba sumamente deteriorado, les pedimos que lo cambiaran pero me dijeron que no tenían otro tuvimos que improvisar una cama en el suelo con lo que teniamos. Saludos

Super convenient to Park City Resort - just a walk across the parking lot. Staff is very friendly and the place just has a low key, easy vibe. We were happy to have the underground parking but used the free trolleys more than the car since parking downtown is limited. The pool construction wasn’t done though the pool and hot tub were open.

Great spot. would have liked more clarity on where to store our skis. Also, and this is unique to our unit, the outlet situation in the kitchen was so dumb and made for unsafe use of electric appliances. Also, there wasn’t a proper cutting board which leads to dull and unsafe knives. The cutting board was glass, which instantly dulls knives. Also, the tv and internet connectivity to the tv was spotty and u clear. Sort of annoying. But perhaps other units don’t have these issues.

Excellent location for skiers as the Resort Ski Village is just across a parking lot. On the downside, the pool and hot tub area is not finished unlike communication to the contrary. Hot tub is not hot, sauna is not working.

Unbeatable location, somewhat dated property.
We picked the place for its proximity to the lifts (5 min walk with ski booths on). The room itself was very spacious - easily accommodated 2 adults + 2 kids over 5 nights. The pull down bed was actually comfortable. However, the property is a little dated, from bathrooms and kitchen to the heater that's built into the wall between the bedroom and living room and was extremely loud (we had to shut it off at night).

We loved staying at the Silver King hotel. We stayed at a 1 BD apartment with two bathrooms. There was a queen size Murphy bed in an alcove off the living room, what was a great surprise as it was 4 of us and a Murphy bed is always more comfortable than a sofa bed. The unit also had a washer and dryer, the kitchen was well equipped and it was very quiet. The hotel is two blocks from the ski area and the free shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. Parking is included in the fee, which was another great surprise. We will definitely stay again here!

The pool was being renovated and our room was right next to the pool area. construction started at 8am and went till 6pm. on wednesday afternoon our room was shaking because of the drilling and breaking up of concrete. on thursday all day was the pounding of hammers on pipes! this palce should be closed till construction is completed

I stay at this property every time I visit Park City, which is usually twice a year. I love being able to have my own kitchen and a washer dryer. It makes it more economical than staying in a hotel. This condo is undergoing some renovations in the pool area, when it’s done, it’s going to be just beautiful! I’m excited to go back and visit again!

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Thermostat would not adjust the temperature. Bathroom was well designed, but would have been nice to have an additional switch to control the fan.
